I purchased ceiling speakers. What I received and what I ordered were very different. The specification on their web site provided information which was not correct, After couple of further enquiries it became clear none of the speakers was interested in had the correct information regarding the sensitivity and the power rating of the speakers. The explanation given was that the manufacturer had changed the specification and they haven't changed the information on their web site. This is what I mean by poor Quality of information.

I couldn't fault my experience with Electro Supplies Ltd. The service was superb from the second the phone was answered. They should bottle and share their secret with a lot of other companies who could learn a lot from them!

Ordered a replacement amp on the Friday afternoon and was contacted to let me know the replacement was no longer in production, so they kindly suggested an alternative. The alternative wasn't what i wanted, however after i described (in non-technical detail!) how my system was set up, i was sent details of another amp more suitable to what i wanted.
