I was a bit sceptical when I put on my brightly coloured mary janes. They are the most comfy shoes ever and so light to wear. Sooo many people have commented on them. Ive just bought a pair of slippers and will restock next summer.

I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes on the recommendation of a friend, I was not disappointed, the shoes are so comfortable, I also liked the fact they didn't arrive in a shoe box but in a shoe bag.

First pair were wonderful, but the second pair in a different colour were not so comfortable, so I asked for a refund which I received without any trouble.

I’m now the proud owner of 9 pairs of Elena Claire sandals. They are just perfect. They fit well, are comfortable and come in so many colours! Love them.

As I have extra wide and swollen feet found it hard to find shoes that actually fitted me the colour was pretty fast service and they mould to your feet perfectly am pleased with my purchase

Excellent service and rapid delivery. The shoes purchased were soft and comfortable initially. However, they gave very little support as far as the footbed was concerned and after barely two hours wearing them, whilst standing and moving around, I ended up with an aching back and knees. I'll demote them to 'evening slippers' when I'm not weight-bearing, as much, so as not to waste them...but I won't be buying any more.

I ordered 1 pair of Mary jane shoes wouldn't fit too narrow not wide e enough sent back with fulll refund guaranteed. Sent back I have proof of posting
As of yet no. Money. refunded they never got back to me not sure if order ref was 175132 they have my money bank details. Name and address they email on offers but nothing owing me money will not trade any more with them

Just bought my 5th pair of Elena Claire shoes - this time the black soft slip-on trainer (I already have this design in navy). I've said it in a previous review but it does bear repeating - these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, like wearing slippers, but better as they cushion your feet. I have a very painful callus on the ball of my right little toe and even in slippers or in shoes with gel inserts it hurts, but in these shoes I forget it's there. I actually can't imagine ever wanting to wear any other shoes from now on.

Very overpriced, I bought another pair of shoes from Amazon for half price of these and much better quality. Given this fact I will award just 1 star for this product, very shabby in comparison

Very disappointed. Shoes not delivered when promised, had to chase and then given wrong information. Finally arrived and although both size 7 - one was too big, the other too small, so reluctant to try others. Returned them over a month ago and still awaiting refund. When chased was told 6 days - still waiting and have had to chase again today.

Second time purchased. excellent quality shoes. fast delivery. I am diabetic and they feel like I am wearing slippers which is especially good as on my feet most of the day working in a care home. Would highly recommend.
