Fab shoes on my fourth pair now, love them

This is the second time I have ordered with this company and both times I have to keep emailing about the length of delivery. It’s over 2 weeks and still no slippers. When you email they still take ages to reply iff at all. There’s no telephone number to contact anyone either. When I do receive slippers they are great, comfortable, washable and hard wearing

This is the 3rd pair of shoes I've had from Elena Claire, and they are just as comfortable and well-made as the first two pairs. I cannot fault this company for it's fast friendly service and quality goods.

I now have 4 pairs from Elena Claire. Will buy more without worry.

Would have awarded five stars but for the fact I'm never sure which size to order.
My usual size too small. Several swaps found the right size for my first order. A size down from that needed for my most recent order.
Just wish I could be more confident which size to order! That said, I will order again as they are great shoes!

Really pleased with my garden shoes - I was concerned the open toe would let my feet get wet but being curved it was fine.

A lovely pair of garden clogs, a very pretty design with meadow flowers on. They are really handy for nipping out in the garden to feed the birds. Saves getting my slippers damp.

I am giving you a bad review because l have been waiting for the shoes l ordered on the 8 th of November and l have still NOT got them yet, l emailed you and all l got was a roll out excuse nothing to do with what l said to you in a email asking you to explain the long waiting time, Very unhappy customer,

Great boots, very happy with them!

Having free delivery for orders over £50 is not much help when they knowingly send out the wrong size saying just send them back and we will send the correct size out costing me £4.85, if I had not involved PayPal I would probably still be waiting for the "correct" size 24 days after the initial order was made. No doubt there will be some pathetic excuse/comment made below my review but the damage is done and we won't be buying from them again and would advise you to read other poor reviews made about them before buying, I wish I had. IN RESPONSE to your pathetic reply - I ordered on the 14/11/21 you informed me you sent my order on the 16/11/21 and noticed YOU sent the wrong size so I just accepted that I would have to return them and then you informed me again on the 18/11/21 you had sent the order and that is when I contacted you by email to tell you of YOUR mistake and if anyone wants to verify that you knowingly sent the wrong size after I contacted you then they could check the Royal Mail tracking number -
WJ877319591GB and see that you sent the wrong order on the 20/11/21 ( not the 16th or the 18th as you said) and I received them on the 24/11/21 and sent them back that same day at my cost for YOUR mistake and you received them on the 25/11/21. It only took one day to arrive at your address but it has taken 24 days for you to send my order - maybe they came from China?

Elena Claire responded quickly to the order, kept me informed and the delivery was made in the specified time frame.

POSTAGE WAS VERY SLOW WHEN BOOTS ARRIVED FELT CHEAP SO SENT BACK.
