Very impressed with this company and their products.One item I bought didn’t fit, so I returned them for replacement or refund. Had a very professional ,prompt and friendly message from a member of staff explaining options. It’s the attention to a customers needs and feeling you are very important to this company, is where you beat the big guys hands down.Also very impressed with the boots I bought that did fit, I will certainly buy from Elena Claire again 👍.

I ordered some slippers 16 days still haven’t received them. Keep emailing don’t get a reply and no phone number to ring. Not happy at all

First time customer - of three pairs, one arrived damaged and one was too small. No refund came. When I chased it, I was given the run around and it only arrived after I threatened legal action. What a strange way to treat a customer.
I am surprised to see that you have forgotten me already, since I had to threaten legal action for my refund, under a different surname. This Trustpilot account was made in my old surname.

This pair of boots were a major disappointment. They come up very small and I also don't feel that the price justifies the quality of the product. I made the mistake of thinking they would 'bed' in so cannot return but they will now end up in a Charity Shop where hopefully somebody with size 6 feet will find my size 8 boots a perfect fit.

Saw these boots on line and was tempted to buy them as they looked great, I was not disappointed. They are extremely light and warm. I came home from a wet day walking in the hills and my feet were frozen, the boots had arrived that day so tried them on and left them on - toasty feet in no time! I have yet to try them outdoors but initial thoughts are that they are great.

This is my second purchase. I had a little grumble about the first one, that the inner soles are loose and come out when you take the shoe off, and they responded by saying they could glue them in for me on subsequent purchases. Can't beat that for service. I have just bought two more pairs. They are very comfortable.

The dog walking boots came a few days ago, they are comfortable and warm a very good fit.BUT they are NOT waterproof, I took the dogs for a walk on the field last night, and my feet were very wet. Sorry they need to go back.

My boots are so comfortable and warm. I do volunteering work outside and my feet are toastie warm for the whole two and a half hours. Thank you.

lovely boots but too small! i am a UK size 6 and could only get them on without socks which i hate and even then my toes were so scrunched up it was painful! so disappointed, they are not true ro size!

Daisy design backdoor shoes arrived quickly. Print is cute. Ordered my usual size but it was too large. Exchanged it for a size down and good fit. Thinking of buying a second pair as comfortable and practical "backdoor shoes" so very happy with my purchase.

Fabulous clogs. Both styles I ordered were lovely. Unfortunately I had to return one pair as they were too big and 3 is the smallest size. I received a very prompt refund.

Perfect for slipping on when the garden is wet. And a really good price.
