Our experience with Elephant Windows for custom made windows was smooth from start to finish. Friendly and professional from office staff, to home visits and works carried out. We were kept in the picture throughout the whole process.

In October I had Elephant replace my glass conservatory roof with a LEKA roof as the old roof made the 'room' unusable in winter and summer. I am confident now that I will be able to use the 'room' all year round although, of course, I have yet to experience it in the summer. Also the new roof has made the 'room' more aesthetically pleasing and it feels like I have added another very usable room to the house.
The fitters Jason and Jordan were excellent workers, very professional and kept the mess and disruption down to a minimum and they coped with any adjustments I deemed necessary. James, the director, also popped in to monitor progress and recommend useful alterations. I am very pleased with the work and am happy to thoroughly recommend Elephant and the LEKA system.

Used Elephant to replace windows and build a conservatory.
Very poor aftercare - as I now note a number of other people have reported – wise after the event!
I have no complaints about the windows which is why I've given 2 stars rather than none, but the conservatory is a different matter.
Within weeks the one of the roof glass panes fell in. They came and put it back.
A few weeks later a second pane fell in. This time they admitted they’d fitted it wrong so refitted the lot. OK all good now (hopefully).
Then after a year the roof started to leak. They sent a young lad with a tube of silicon goo. He made a mess and didn’t stop the leak.
They sent someone else who walked around and did something… didn’t stop the leak.
Incidentally, he also actually said that flat roofs always puddle water! Seems to me to be an indication of a poor job!
Someone came round again… and again... on both occasions applying some form of sealant. Didn’t stop the leak.
Now where the extra sealant has been applied the rubber roofing has started to bubble up as well as leak.
They’ve so far refused to come out again.
Enough is enough I’m now looking into starting legal action.

Just had a back door and window replaced which we didn't have done 15 years ago when the rest of the house was re glazed. Those windows are still going strong and looking good.

We have used Elephant Windows three times. We commissioned them to replace all of our windows and doors in 2018 with PVC double glazing and in 2019/20 they built our conservatory. They are are very reliable company and you can guarantee the quality of workmanship and materials. This week we asked them to replace our original French windows with a sliding door arrangement that leads into our conservatory. Again they did a superb job with surprisingly no mess, We are pleased and very satisfied with the result.

We have used Elephant Windows, Doors and Conservatories in the past (as we had them supply and install a conservatory and bi-folding doors), and found them to be excellent. So, when we were looking for a new front door, the decision what company to use, was an easy choice. We found the whole process from Kelly and her office team, to the initial quotation as provided by Colin (it was good to see Colin again), to the survey, to the day of the door installation, all without fault, and we were left with a beautiful, perfectly installed door. We cannot recommend Elephant Windows, Doors and Conservatories enough.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this has been going on too long now and I have given Elephant Windows many opportunities to redeem themselves. It's been over a year since I first contacted Elephant Windows to build a conservatory. They were quick to send the salesman, gave some gumf about ordering quickly to lock in that special deal. Took 2 months longer than quoted to build it, tried to charge for work that was never undertaken. I stood my ground and didn't have to pay in the end. The conservatory started leaking after 9 months. It took a month to get someone to come out. It's still leaking. 6 weeks after calling again and I can't get them to sort it out. They make promises to pass my message to the correct team, made promises to get back to me, made an arrangement to attend. I took the day off work and they still didn't come nor phone back when I asked what was going on. I don't know what other companies are like, but this one is terrible at after sales care.

Recently had large window replaced with bi folds by elephant windows. They booked us in really quickly and were very professional.

It took around 4 hours, the team were tidy and efficient!
Would definitely recommend the team and the price was very competitive too.

Elephant replaced all our windows and fitted two bi-fold doors. Were very efficient and tidy. We had a minor issue with one of our bi-fold doors a year later and they came out and corrected the problem quickly for us.
Would recommend and use them again!

We were very pleased with the product and service. The job was done when they said it would be, the workers were clean and tidy, infact a pleasure to have them at our house.

The replacement door and windows we received were exactly as requested and were of a very high quantity. The sales team were prompt to reply to questions and the installation team were courteous, arrived on time every day and left the property in a clean and tidy state on a daily basis.

Spent thousands of pounds on a conservatory for a uncomplete work and non responsive customer service.

They are unprofessional and don't really care about customer. Stay away.
