Left me with a leaking conservatory and i have now been told it is my problem. Cost £20k +. These are a real cowboy operation to say the least. Avoid at all costs unless you are wealthy enough to gamble that they'll do a half decent job. The director has multiple operations like this looking at companies house - none of them make any money it appears.
Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost. I signed the contract for a new conservatory in July of this year and its nearly December and they have cancelled the fitters for the glass installation 5 times so far. They give me 24 - 48 hours notice of the cancellation and expect me to re-arrange my leave at work to accommodate them. They will not send their complaints procedure and they only give me an email address of the sales department. If this is a reflection of their customer care before the conservatory is built I hate to think what the after care is like
Further update: After 2 attempts to repair a leaking roof, we now have yet ANOTHER leak!! Its been up just over a year and i have had nothing but problems.
I had to call another local man in to fix the doors properly as I couldnt even close them to lock them leaving the house unsafe so as an emergency got someone else in and he had said the doors were not fitted correctly. Then i had to call them back because the roof was leaking...first visit the "engineer" (very loose term of the word) came out and used 6 tubes of silicone to fix the leak!! needless to say a few days later the same problem occurred. So back they came and replaced the centre piece as they had admitted it had broken when they put it up in the first place....why didnt they fix it then. Then less than two months later we have rain coming in again. I have emailed, them only for the email to bounce back due to a full mail box.....full of complaints i am guessing. Now awaiting for them to return to work so i can see what they plan to do....last chance before legal action now as conservatory which cost over £15,000 is not fit for purpose!
This is an excellent company
This is an excellent company. Their work and after sales is the best and I can't recommend them enough
Not your average conservatory
Very good. Bit of messing about to begin with, but got past that quickly, workers turned up and cracked on with a solid installation. Significantly better than a usual conservatory. Plenty of brickwork, very solid, and looks great. Even in height of summer, interior was cool and plants absolutely love it - all thriving. Thoroughly recommend these chaps

Rubbish customer service..Purchased my bi fold doors from this company ,also trade under p and p windows
Doors damaged on delivery 2019, had them fitted by fitter who had been in glazing 30 years, doors didn't close smoothly,
Phoned elephant , and was told as they didn't fit windows nothing to do with them, would not even come to check why doors not shutting,we were told as their fitters did not fit doors, not their fault, even though they made the doors, and fault was in manufacturing,
So if you do get doors from this company get them to fit them ,even though they charge double than other glazing company's in the area, will save you a lot stress six weeks from fitting ,when doors drop and need levelling.
Appalling service
Appalling service. Fitter damaged my home, then a window cracked 18 months later. The company will not honour the guarantee. The manager will not speak to me and they don't pick up the phone any more.
