Better than a credit card

This is a lot cheaper than a credit card. Your payment is shown immediately and when you withdraw from your account it is also in your bank strait away.

I checked my credit report after and…

I checked my credit report after and they don't even do a soft search like they say, the decision also happens far to quickly like 1 second after applying. Just feels like they just accept and reject randomly. Just going to edit this for the reply. Over a week later and still no "soft search" on my report. I check my report regularly. I have no missed payments and my credit utilization is below 25%.

Your application was made on 12 April and so the soft search will not be visible on your credit file on the day of your application, but is generally visible a few days later, which explains why you couldn't see it on your file on the day you made the application. This delay is due to the way in which Credit Reference Agencies work and is unfortunately out of our control. We’re so sorry that we couldn’t help you right now. I repayed my credit but forgot to enter reference. Fund has been credited from my bank account and elfin credit hasn't been settled yet what can I do now?

Easy to use

Easy to use, cash straight to bank in seconds. Good rate of interest, half of ccard interest for me. Easy to use app, can see how much interest you will pay and it’s recalculated if you pay a bit extra off.

Beware!!

Be ready to face worst customer care service that going to completely ignore you for months even you do mulitple escalations. You will be left with no answers. There's a lot of other good comapny. It's doesn't worth to sign up for this hassels and incompetence. It's not even ready to be in market.

Since they responded with only 50% of the story. So I am editing my review in response of that.
1. I do requested for a chargeback and they took two months to process it.
2. Now the scary part: They have taken out £140.39 from my account on 2nd February 2024 and when I asked what for was it. They put the blame on marchent and top that were charging interest on it. I checked with merchant they confirmed me they didn't take any money out. Then I figure out they manually do the transections!!!!! I sent 10/20 emails to resolve this matter for two months and they did nothing. Once I put the review here in Trustpilot. They refunded my £140.39 and added bunch of fake reviews here ;) to make it up for it.
3. I closed my account and they didn't gave back my £0.69 to my original bank account !!! xD
So guys there's are plenty of other options that provides much professional customer service.

I am very pleased to have discovered…

I am very pleased to have discovered Elfin Market because they offer such a helpful service giving me peace of mind. The facility of a cash transfer to my bank account in a few moments is very useful indeed and their interest rate is competitive.

Zero customer service even in emergencies

Such a shame excellent service if you can do it all online. But when something goes wrong there is NO phone number and emails go unanswered. Very annoying when it is a serious issue of missing money. Interest rate also just jumped from 6% to 14% as many others have experienced. Do not recommend anymore.

Not good investment

Not good investment. I had agreed 10% return within 3 years time frame and now the return started to be around 8% (-20%). I wonder what I should expect tomorrow.

Not good. I had a 5% interest rate to begin.

I had a 5% interest rate to begin with, this then went up to 7.5%, and then to 14% within a further month, despite being a regular over-payer. The company are clearly in financial strife. I imagine they'll go bust soon. I havent accepted the rate, and have closed my account. Shame, they used to be very very good. Now, just a shambles.
