No way to suggest a different pronunciation of a name that's supposed to be read in Spanish. Would work well if all your kids have names in English. Also, the moment was ruined because the video was so slow we had to stop it several times.

Never got my letter. I’ve always used package from Santa. Tried elfi this year, guess I won’t be doing that again. Can’t believe how long it takes to get a letter. They say 15 working days. Ridiculous. Now when it comes I’ll be throwing it out, Christmas is over. My kids have been getting letters from Santa for years 13 years and I have never had this happen. Traditional broken. Thanks elfi!

can be a bit slow or unable to upload images sometimes but generally very good. the final videos are always amazing.

What a fun and exciting way to celebrate the Christmas experience with my little girls. The production was fun and high quality! The delivery was quick. And the program was able to pronounce their unique names. I highly recommend and will do this every year!

I have purchased six videos with Santa from Elfi starting in 2017 and look foward to adding more in the future! While the videos are great, its the gift of creating Christmas memories for my grandsons to enjoy for years to come that is most important to me. Long after they have forgotten the toys they received they will have these videos from Santa! The production value and the opportunity to personalize them for each child is wonderful. My only concern is running out of new videos to use. While the technology used today is quite good, I would love to see how much better these could be with a good AI program!
