Maeve loved her video from Santa. It was ready Christmas Eve so that made it extra special. Ever since he asked her to try sleeping in her bed more, she has been!

My kids, my husband, my sisters and parents all sat down to watch our Christmas Eve movie and everyone loved it. Watching the kids faces as Santa said their names and highlighted a few things about them was priceless. Thank you for helping to create a magical memory 🥰

The video was good and of good quality. My soon to be 4 year old watched it at least 7/8 times. Good value for the money too.
I however wish that there were more names to choose from and maybe more languages too.
I will surely be back for a new video next year.

Excellent videos and quick turnaround time! I would like it if there were a few more places that we could add more photos and also to pick a custom saying from Santa (ex. suggestions for the kids, what he thinks about them, etc) instead of having to pick from set ones.

I wish I saw it sooner so I could tell all my friends and family! This will be ordered yearly for sure. It’s the best thing ever!

Wow what a surprise, my kids loved it. They are actually listening to Santa and trying new foods hahaha… thank you guys what a wonderful experience.

The video came out really good and was delivered on time however I believe they did a trick advertisement for both my purchases since it was on promo for 5.99 and when I got to the order page, it was 12.99 with no add ons. I tried to email about this but they said the offer already probably expired which cant be possible within the few minutes of completing an order. After I finished the order, the commercials on facebook were still showing promo price at 5.99 so I think there was some trickery within the marketing

It was an amazing experience. I would like to thank all the team at Elfisanta. At the begining I was worried that this might not be true BUT the video was received in less than 24 hrs. We played it on Christmas Eve. The girls were so surprised and amazed when they heard Santa calling them by their names. I can't forget their facial expressions and their laughs when they saw their photos. Thank you for making this Christmas so special.

This is a wonderful experience for Christmas. I have ordered for many years and every video has been magical not only for the children but the whole family. A gift they look forward to seeing each year.

Seeing is believing. Made my kids so happy which makes me happy. I love you can edit it N change jt at no cost. Lost my bestfriend/my mom recently so it has been extra hard and she would have loved this!!!.

Absolutely loved our video. It was so easy to order. Thank you to everyone working for this company. It is so wonderful to be able to surprise my daughter with this every year. This was our first year doing it and there’s no doubt in my mind that we will now be doing it every year. My daughter was in shock and loved every minute of it. I ordered letters at the end of November, waited till Christmas Eve and the letters didn't arrive. Contacted customer service to process a refund and was told they can't process a refund until I filled out a form that required me to take pictures of the product I ordered, was unable to take pictures of the product because I never got it in the post. Customer Service refused my refund because I couldn't provide proof in the form.... Useless Customer Service, and common sense is clearly not their strong point. Had to force a refund through PayPal. Never using them again!

The solution you came up with of asking me to fill out a form that required me to have the letter that you were unable to deliver wasn't a solution. I was forced to request a refund via PayPal rather than common sense coming to you and providing a refund for a product and a service you were unable to deliver. Not very good customer service, your refund policy needs to change if it requires me to hold the product that you were unable to deliver.

Appreciate the offer of an additional service that you offer but after you were unable to deliver the first one, I didn't want to take another one as compensation. The right thing to do would be to refund the customer for the product and service that you were unable to provide in the first place and not offer further service as compensation. As stated the first time, your policy of providing proof of the product's delivery when the product hasn't been delivered is not sufficient. The continuation of this conversation in a trusted review platform says more about the company than the emails we have had. Flagging the review as containing "harmful or illegal content." as well, doesn't help you as a company.

I loved the videos and wanted to buy one but I couldn't find my child's name. I tried for so many times but didn't quiet get it. Bit frustrating when your child has a unique name. I'm not sure how it works or if I can download the good quality video with a permission to post it on my social media.

Definitely created the magic of Christmas in our house! My kids heard their names and freaked out, even started talking back to the TV. Definitely worth it!

After being shown a video that a friend ordered, I ordered one for my grandchildren. I am very pleased with it and can't wait to show them on Christmas Eve!
