The end product was great. I wish there had been a step-by-step direction on how to start the process, and especially how to pay. I was confused because I paid before making the video. After making the video, it seemed like I was supposed to pay again.

The company was helpful when responding to my email explaining my problem.

Seeing my 3 year olds reaction when Santa knew his name and special things about him was priceless. We’ve watched it 100 times haha. I’ve told so many friends and family about this website! Such a special thing! So easy to create and so affordable!

The video was so much better than expected, kids were so surprised and excited Santa addressed them personally. Will definitely be a regular thing each Christmas for us.

I have used Elfi, for the past 6 years and I love the variety of the Santa stories, also the option to pick certain advice for your child. It is truly a magical moment when my son sees his message and photos of himself, I would like to think my son will believe in this forever but being 10 now, i'm not sure how long we have left in this beautiful time of innocence and belief.

This was a wonderful experience. I made it for my adult colleagues, but they enjoyed it a lot. This opportunity was so good. Great memory with the photos in the footage.

My daughter loved this! Will do it again next year for sure.

The staff are very helpful and so nice but unfortunately my son has still not recieved his letter from santa !!!

This is my second year ordering an Elfi video for my three children. The variation is videos is great so that they don’t get the same one each year. All three of my children love it! They feel extra special getting a personal message from Santa! The only negative is my youngest has an unusual name so it wasn’t recognised and so Santa didn’t pronounce it correct. Everything else is brilliant

My grandkids was so happy very good quality.

The quality of the videos are excellent. I love the storyline and all the special effects. They are truly magical videos. My only concern was with the way my daughter's name was pronounced. It was a little off to me but she loved it. Also, in the 2nd video I purchased, he seemed to say her name a lot. Maybe even too much?
Those are my only complaints but I will still buy the videos again in the future.

Every year I do santa message for my kids they faces are unforgettable, when they heard santa to calling they names they eyes just light up ,mouth open just love it !!!

The experience was magical! The children's eyes glowed as they listened to every detail Santa had to say to them. They were amazed he knew so much about them. I will absolutely do this again. My only feedback is I would like to see Santa in diverse skin tones. Thank You!

Did not receive the letter before the Christmas

The message was really great ! The only thing that let it down was was one name (Huxley) was missing…I have requested it for next year.. please include it as it would have been amazing…but it was still ok. And if you include Huxley I’m sure we will use the service again next year.we will probably have the phone call too
