This is such a magical video for children. Was so impressed, a great santa and 8 minutes of pure magical pleasure for young and old. My kids were so excited

From the ages of 2 - 12, I used your program to send my granddaughter a Christmas Video with Santa every year. When she was 13 I stopped. However, this year she turned 17 and can really appreciate the excellent presentation you guys do for children around the world. She further appreciates my efforts as well in getting a sweet Christmas message to her.

This was the most amazing video ever. Genius work. I made one for my 6 year old granddaughter and 12 year old grandson. Especially the video for the 6 year old. It was soooo personal and just pulled you into this beautiful Christmas spirit Santa. She watched this video over and over and over again. VERY uplifting and real. Whoever thought of this has to be an amazing person who REALLY gets how to get across a message. I am a very happy lifetime customer now.

Waoooooo it was better than expected. My daughter loved it. I even had trouble opening the video, wrote to customer service and the told me what to do. They answer very quickly. Highly recommend.

The product is very good and turnaround was fast, video quality is excellent. The cropping of pictures could be better, they keep the pictures too narrow, if and you really can't use landscape pictures. Also, you are restricted to the quotes that have it would be nice if you could put in your own short quotes.

My 3 yr old girls were filled with wonder as Santa spoke to them by name, and shared pictures of them from the past year. They are mindful that the elves are watching for good behavior, and are certainly trying to put their toys away together, as Santa requested. Well done Elfi!

Let me start off by saying this is the most amazing company that there is out there. There is so much thought that goes in to what they do for Christmas and making little one dreams come true. Every year that I have order letters if I made a mistake. You reach out to them they fix it right away email you the corrected letter. Its done. You will get your letters in about 20 business days after your order is placed. Not including Saturday and Sunday. Don't count those. The paper that Santa letters are printed on are fabulous. There really is a Santa and these people no what Santa would say if you wrote a letter to him. I do it for my family and friends and get asked how did you do that. I gladly pass on my Information to them. You all help bring in the Christmas spirit for all to see and read. Thank you very much for all of your hard work. This company has magic running through their veins, the video they provided just blowed us away, and the sales to delivery process was just as magical as the video.

I love the concept and the different videos.
Only drawback is the ability to crop photos.

It’s easy to use and the kids really enjoy it, their faces light up when they see the video and receive a letter from Santa in the mail.

Since we started 3 years ago we decided it is going to be our tradition to watch a video from Santa 🎅🏻
But this year is special for us coz for the first time we will show this to our kids ( as they were to little before)
My niece are getting the 3rd time video and every year the company preparing the new one so you won’t get bored.
I am highly recommend this videos for all family as is quick and original gift🎁

My Grandkids were so excited to see themselves on photo & Santa reading to them ,
I had 1 Grandchild not acting right & I select NOT Good on behavior list , Santa read to be Good & listen to your Grandparents!
The other Grandchild is separated from his mom , & Santa let him know with a photo of his mom & him together !
That his MOM Loved him very Much !! I showed coworkers & Family! This is the BEST SANTA Letter & Realistic!! This was a Christmas gift to them & They LOVED it !! Satisfied customer I am 😊

It was very cute and very well made but too slow moving for my 3 year old to pay attention. I wish there was a shorter version that was as good. And Santa mispronounced Evelyn just enough that she didn’t recognize her name :(
