Santa made my kids so HAPPY
Thankyou Santa for the special message for my kids, this made our Christmas extra special amidst this pandemic. I'm glad I found the ad thru ig and direct me to the website. My kids reaction were priceless everytime Santa mention their names and what more to see their pictures on screen. My kids keep on watching it for the nth time upto now. I am not able to download this and am so sad!! I have tried to reach out but you never seem to be available. I have done this in the past and always could download the videos to keep. The video I had made was centered around my dad who fell and went to hospital and now has covid and fighting for his life and coming home. I am just upset we can’t figure out how to save it and paying for something I wanted to keep and was supposed to be able to.... very sad!

The video turned out great! I made it for my 3 grandkids; they were excited to see their own pictures and hear their names. It was easy to personalize and they loved that their dog was included

Loved it!
My 2 and 3 year old absolutely loved the personalized message from Santa. It was fast delivery and easy process. We loved it so much had it done for neices and nephew. Definitely plan to make a new one next year.

I couldn't find my daughter's name, so I found the one that sounded most like it. I didn't see until after my video was made how to request a name not listed in the drop down.

Everything was wonderful
Everything was wonderful. I had a bit of trouble downloading the video but once it was completed it was great. My son loved the video. It made him even more excited for Christmas if that’s possible.
