My child loves this video so much! He is 2 and his face lit up every time Santa knew a detail about him (his name, his age, a photo of him, etc...) Worth the money to replay for my child all Christmas season!

Love the Elfi videos and plan to get one every Christmas for my kids. They are magical and seeing my kids faces light up as they watch is priceless.

We purchased videos for our 7 grandchildren who are spread out all over the USA. These videos are professionally made and the Santa looks authentic. Very reasonably priced and the ease of sending them to family members is a huge PLUS. Very happy with the quality.

I ordered two of their GOLD version Santa Letters for my third grade twins. December 12th, 2019 they claim the letters shipped Priority Mail. I sent mutiple emails begining a few days before xmas. They keep saying their coming. Well they never show. Today is Jan 20th, 2020 and still I have not received these items. So ofcoarse upset because what should have been a magical experience was ruined. A staff member tells me to fill out their refund request form. Very apologetic, she assures me that they will process it and refund the $25 I spent on these letters. This was Dec 25th. I get the form filled out & sent back to them via email Dec 30th. I'm told again the refund would take 24 hours. I messaged them every couple days because no refund. I got a responce maybe to two of those emails both times promising again that my refund would be received in the next day or two. January 9th was the last message responce I received promising that I would see my refund that next Monday. Ofcoarse I have sent multiple emails since the 9th, they have completely ignored me now for the past 11 days. I never did receive my refund. So obviously this business is just a complete scam. I believe they never did make the letters from santa I purchased. Because I would have received them by now. They have done nothing but lie to me throught this whole experience. In my opinion they are criminals taking advantage of people online. Bottom line is that I never received the product they sold to me, they lied to me in promising me a refund because of never receiving them. They continued to lie, multiple employees lied to me up until Jan 9th and since then they have just complete blown me off. I suggest you absolutely do not deal with this company at all. They will rob you, lie to you repeatedly, disappoint your kids. Just like any other online scammer. BEWARE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! They are Criminals!
