I saw an ad on Facebook for Elfi and really liked the idea but I'm generally dubious of the ads on that site but I thought I'd take a chance and I'm so glad I did!

The creation process in which the adult adds the desired photos and clicks on particular phrases you want said in the video was super easy and didn't have any issues. Once everything was done, it was waiting time to see the creation and as I didn't need it done super fast, I had standard delivery. It was less than 24 hours later, perhaps around 14 hours and I received the email with the video to download. I watched it once on my own in case there were any glitches etc but it was perfect. Both on my own and again watching with the little one brought tears to my eyes. It was really well made and my little one was over the moon!! I don't know how many times she's watched it now but it was a really beautiful memory made thanks to the Elfi team. My only suggestion is if they could make other videos for the whole year, not just Christmas (like fairies or princesses or vikings etc) that could be used for birthdays or losing a tooth etc. excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

I was a little bit sceptical when I purchased this as it was so cheap I didn’t think it would be as good as it was, my grand children loved it one is 11 and the other 3 yrs old it was magical and so believable their faces were a picture watching it

It was a looovely present for our daughter. The video is really well made, it immerses you into a true Christmas fairytale.

Such a magical addition to Christmas. Our personalised video from Santa was a great success and had a good few points of personalisation along with photos which really enhanced the magic. Some of the multiple choice options felt limited but it didn’t detract - just something to build on for next year. It’s a quality production with an authentic looking Santa, lovely enchanting elements and dreamlike visions of Santa’s world. Lots of little details too. I feel sure this will remain in my daughter’s memory for a lifetime - and we are already looking forward to next years. Thank you so much.

Oh my days this video is unbelievably good! Our granddaughter was mesmerised and when Santa called her at the end she was delighted. The personalisation makes it so accurate.

This is a very high standard programme. I’ve used it for the last 14 years. It is very satisfying video.

I left it till the last minute when ordering 2 letters for my children and had never ordered from this company before so I wasnt sure the letters would arrive on time but they arrived today!
They look amazing in a bright shiny red envelope and definitely helped to keep the magic alive for my two children !
The letter was an extra special one for my eldest after they have had a really tough year and the letter made them cry (in a good way)
I cant thank this company enough for such awesome letters!
Would defo recommend and will be using this company again in the future

A little tip use close ups on the photos they work a lot better

Loved it! It was quick and really different, great for kids and the quality and production values are excellent.
I wish there was a few more prompts to chose from, making it more personal “grandad” instead of “grandpa” for example. But it’s a great price and will definitely use again

Absolutely amazing - my little girl was absolutely blown away with the video!

Idea is great, but more personalised wording that I wrote was not included in the final edit. Disappointed as I wanted that personal touch.
