Received Santa letters granddaughters love them

Great experience the kids love it.

Easy to navigate. Great to have opportunity to alter and adapt to individual child.

I am happy with how the video turned out. It was quite long, the quality was good, but there was no video call at the end of it so a bit dissapointed.

Honestly such an amazing video got emotional watching can’t wait to show my daughter it’s going to make her Xmas extra special highly recommend

Very easy to set up personalized video and I'm not techy 😜 I've done this for a few years now and although the 'kids' are older they still look forward to their video, it's become a Christmas tradition.

the elfi video was lovely however i’m very glad i never paid full price and got it for £4 from groupon there’s no way it’s worth the full price of £7.99 or even £12.99 for the other version.
it’s a little long winded for my 2 year old granddaughter, like i say it’s very sweet but definitely over priced without the groupon offer .

Absolutely magical.i wasn't too sure how the video would turn out, but it was brilliantly done and so much fun for the kids to see x they're faces when they first saw their pictures and when Santa talked about how old the children were and their favourites to do. It was really easy and straight forward to fill in, and once it was done you got the chance to watch it and then edit anything you wasn't happy with.

I used Elfi last year for my granddaughter who was 2 then and she loved the video, so I thought is she’s 3 I would do it again this year. Obviously, she hasn’t seen it yet but I am more than happy with it. I can’t wait to see her expression again when Santa says her name. The process to order the video and upload photos etc was really easy, I would thoroughly recommend Elfi if you want to make your childs experience a magical moment with Santa x

This video is magical. Brings Xmas into your living room for the whole family. The quality is excellent and it arrived within 24 hours. Can't recommend this highly enough. You won't be disappointed

My kids both loved this! They are 4.5 and 3 years old.
The website was easy to use with lots of personalised options. It arrived quickly and was easy to download to keep.
The quality was brilliant and it was great to be able to mooch from a few different story options.

Loved loved loved the video from Santa! Absolutely amazing how much it can actually be personalised and to be able to add in photos too was just pure brilliance - my wee 4 year old boy was amazed, as was I! Website also really easy to navigate and finished video was sent to me in less than 24 hours. Will be using every year, thank you!

This video is absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to watch this ok my tv with my little boy. His excitement is going to elevate to another level

Its a lovely video, however for small children a 10 minute video is far to long, they lost interest within the first 2 minutes

The video was great and the procedure to book it as well even though I would have preferred to have the option to not include pictures.

Also I paid for the telephone call to be included but when I received the video and I pressed the button "watch with telephone call" nothing happened. So I had to improvise a fake call from an unknown number and then start the video for my kid.

Overall it was ok.

Sometimes bigger isn't always better. I got an Elfi video last year and it was about 5 minutes long packed with photos and info of my kids. Perfect length. This video was over 10 minutes and had so many scenes that were out of place and unnecessary including a scene where 3 random kids get introduced like the producer wanted to make his grand kids famous. There was also a scene where Santa was standing in an alcove facing a wall talking about a photo of our family. I’d prefer we just saw our photos with Santa narrating rather than watch him staring at a wall. Super weird. We Had to wait minutes at a time to see or hear about my kids and then it only lasted a few seconds. My 5 yr old found it hard to pay attention for 10 minutes. That’s why a Bluey & Peppa pig episodes aren’t 10 minutes long. The photos I provided were only on screen for a few seconds and the script choices were not very good to choose from. I’d rather a bit more choice and some free speech choice. Last time we could add best friends names, home town and which gifts the kids have asked Santa for. Not this year. There was only an option to add a photo of the gifts they want which is weird??? It wouldn’t accept my daughter’s double barrel name so we had to shorten it. When Santa was talking about how good my kids were he immediately mentioned the one thing they do wrong which was compulsory to add. That would’ve been better separated to another scene to encourage them to improve. Just felt like a downer at that point. The imagery is very good. I’ll look elsewhere next year I think.

Ordered this for my 3yr old grandson and he loved it a lot of thought goes into the video and it's well put together well worth the money and highly recommend
