Been ordering Santa videos past few year. Kids love it!

This is the second year I’ve ordered from Elfi and once again I am so impressed with the video! It’s so magical, excellent quality and sent to me within 24 hours. I cannot wait to show my little ones on Christmas Eve! Excellent customer service, I emailed with a query re photos and I received a response quickly. Highly recommend and will be ordering another next year.

Personalizing it was straightforward and easy to access. My children were delighted to watch the video and were pleasantly surprised when Santa mentioned their names and activities. It was a wonderful experience for them. My friends inquired about how I created the video, and I directed them to the website. It was a fantastic Groupon offer and the best Christmas gift ever!

Disappointed because the letter didn't arrived yet...I did order at the beginning of December.
That's really upsets my kiddos and us.We are with you for 7 years but usually order a video from. SANTA and never had a problem before till now...First time ordered the letter.....😔 and big disappointment😞

First time using the service this Christmas and we were not disappointed. We used the video with phone call option and it blew my daughters mind. Easy to set up and had my video within 2 hours. Also sent a request for help as wasn’t sure how the phone call worked and had a response within 20 minutes. Very impressed and hope to do the same again next Christmas.

they sent the video on time and the quality of the video was very good.

The video is OK. The Gold letter never showed up and when I asked when will be delivered, I was told next week ( after Christmas ). Is a letter from Santa, not Easter bunny. And now is problem to fill forms to get a refund. Not impressed

L.E. The letter was ordered on the 1st of December, and on your website was "within 10 days delivery", now it's within 14days, you modified. Doesn't state that is working days.

Inclusive of Irish names
Recognised our obscure Irish names and it was magic for my kids to hear their names and see themselves on the video. Very special. Would definitely recommend.
