Ordered this video Christmas Eve and paid for 2 hour delivery and I had it in my inbox within just over an hour! Lovely surprise for my little girl she really believed Santa was talking to her, great quality and even more special you can add your own comments in to make it extra special

I created a bespoke video for three kids, but an error message resulted in my selection within the drop down windows to be defaulted to something else creating an end product that is not fit-for-purpose. However, kids still loved it, but a shame that the website isn't fully tested for bugs like these.

As a single mum, I sat and watched this with my kids and got very emotional. I know I selected lines to put in it but when put together it was amazing. My children loved it and so did I.

Absolutely made my christmas seeing the reaction of my 2 children (7 & 3) they where so excited after receiving the message they wanted to go straight to bed so santa would arrive sooner 😀 I would definitely recommend to anyone with youngsters , my 7 year old was asking questions about santa being "real" but after watching this the magic returned, and (thankfully) the questions stopped - 10/10

Absolutely magical, my girls (twin 7yr olds) absolutely loved it and watched it over and over, I would recommend it to anyone

This video is beyond special. My boys loved it and it’s lovely how interactive it is. The only thing I would suggest is that some of the personalisations could be better - they were slightly repetitive . But for children they wouldn’t notice that

Great video, very interactive in the creation with photos and some personalised comments from santa to the kids, had a story too. Easy to set up and no issues with delivery. Good quality as we played it in smart tv screen.

This is the third year we have ordered an Elfi video and what a delight yet again! My son was smiling from ear to ear throughout, it was just so magical! It is so worthwhile!

I ordered 2 seperate Santa videos at short notice. They were delivered to me well within the times stated so I wasn't waiting long. They were lovely and went down a treat.

The video was just magical for our 5 year old boys. One had reservations about Santa and the ability to make the video so personalised to us and our kids was truly special. They came away much calmer knowing they were going to get a visit and actually slept the whole night which they hadn’t done for weeks in anticipation of Xmas. So well done 👍 on a fabulous quick turnaround and great delivery. I’ll definitely use you again .
