What a magical experience! My children were blown away especially by the phone call from Santa. Will definitley do it again next year!

I was totally blown away by the video that this company created for my Grandson's. The attention to detail was amazing. My Grandson's were enchanted by the video. Made their Christmas Eve. Highly recommend.

unfortunately the letter from Santa did not arrive till the 28th December which was a disappointment not only to my granddaughter but also to myself .
I am sorry to say I will not be ordering again .

The video was such a fun and exciting way to deliver a message from Santa. The quality was superb and my son’s name pronounced perfectly. The photographs looked real and like they were there with Santa. Delivery was less than 24 hours as well. Really impressed thank you!

Simple process to set create on the website. Received the video inside 25 hours. Our children watched it just before bedtime on Xmas eve and they love it!

It's a nice video, but could be better, not cheap for what you get, although choice of things and that you can actually pay for one video once without subscriptions is good.
What could improve:
1st. in recommendations where you choose what you'd like Santa to advice to child could have more variety, so far theres only one recommendation it's 'listen to your parents', even that could change, better if it's say mummy and daddy!
2nd. Instead of photos with 'beautiful mama and dad' or whoever, it could give more choice as is in what else you'd like Santa to tell your child -tidy your room etc ..

My child has a spout of naughty behaviour, some more advices from Santa to make her believe would be nice ... 😬

I paid for a phone call and didn’t receive one. I emailed customer service and they informed you get a phone call after each time the video plays. This did not happen. I am only reviewing now as I got an email to review to you.

My 3 year old LOVED this interactive, personal piece of entertainment! Professionally done with exceptional customer service and care. Will definitely be doing this for my little one each year! I highly recommend their services for your children having an unforgettable Christmas experience!

What a truly magical video to see my boys faces light up like that was beautiful and the added phone call was amazing thank you so much will defo be retuning next year we were able to play the video on our tv through a connection from the laptop and the attention to detail was brillant can highly recommended the one only suggestion is I put it the questions on there behaviour the option of could be improved and Santa said that they were not on the list which wasn’t ideal luckily the kids heard it as they were but would have been nice to have the option with regards to that as I was hoping it would have been more like your behaviour needs to be improved and you only just made it on the nice list if that makes sense but thy aside just so thing to think about for future reference but I will also remember to just say there behaviour was good
