Quick response despite initial ticket said 2 to 3 days
I am a big fan of Elgato products, and was surprised when my Stream Deck+ appeared to be faulty. Jeffrey at customer support was very helpful, and pointed me in the right direction to finding a cure. It turned out to be a faulty USB port, not the Stream Deck. The problem was easily solved, and everything is as it should be.
They followed up on my problem, and got solved in reasonable time.
I rated two stars initially because the teleprompter itself works great, but the software was useless on my old computer. Spent an entire week trying to get it fixed. While the tech support response was adequate - not great - I was given a long string of instructions to follow to provide them with the info they needed to fix the problem. I did this TWICE w/ two different tech people. I did everything they asked to the letter, but they would/could not fix it.
The software was useless.
Buy this teleprompter for the hardware, but plan to use other software. :Macbook pro, 2019 16gb of ram, 500gb hd.
UPDATE 9/15/25: Apparently, the software had a conflict with my old computer that I still never figured out. I bought a new computer and all of a sudden - don't ask me how - the software works brilliantly. All-in-all, if you can get the software installed correctly to run correctly, it's freaking brilliant, especially for the price. Changing my ratings from two stars to five.
Absolute chaos! Disfunctional product, misleading shop descriptions and rude servuce team that simply did not care. This is my worst shopping experience in the last 10 years. Never again!

I'm a radio broadcaster and using several Streamdecks in my setup. Due to major changes in the latest MS-Windows 11 24H2 the Elgato updates didn't install. Raised a ticket at Elgato support and within 24 hrs my problem was solved! Great support!
I appreciated Elgato's help staff's willingness to patiently work through my issue with getting the Control Center up and running properly. It took about 5 days of trying a series of fixes until we arrived at the solution. Throughout the service, the representative was patient and supportive. He/she did not stop offering helpful suggestions until the problem was fixed and I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate the help and support!
I bought a Ring Light some time ago and it eventually broke, but the support team was exceptionally helpful and managed to assist me with a replacement even when I took a long time to send my part. They also covered the shipment and it took no more than a week. Thanks!
It's been a long time since a customer service agent at any company responded to my issue well. When I had a problem with my Elgato product that I couldn't figure out, customer service replied to me very quickly and continued to correspond until the issue was resolved. I was extremely satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone.
The support reach back to me really quick and solve my problem with only 2 emails.

Contracted out to @UPS to deliver expensive kit 19 miles ... @UPS gave up twice to deliver whilst wasting my time staying in for delivery.
@AliEpress use @RoyalMail who deliver reliably at low cost in 24 hours .. typical useless Corporate hiring useless delivery partner!!!

I often find that companies today sell mediocre products, then offer sub-standard support for when they inevitably don’t work. Elgato on the other hand sell top-quality products that are a joy to use, and in the unlikely event that you have a problem, their support team are knowledgeable and highly customer-focused. This is why I not only repeatedly buy Elgato products, but I recommend them to anyone who’ll listen!
Response was quick. Answered questions about my problem. Gave several remedies for the problem. Absolutely painless.

What an absolute clown-show.
They failed to deliver an order in Europe within 6 weeks, because the address THEY submitted to UPS was wrong, then they failed to update it, blamed UPS and during this whole time, instead of shipping a new one, they were jerking us around.
On top of that, once it became clear UPS won't deliver, UPS decided to send the product back and Elgato, instead of refunding the product told us we need to wait for them to get the product back before we can get a refund, as if any of this is our fault.
Who cares if a product is good or not when you never get it?
Just to reiterate, the proposed resolution to this problem is, giving the birthday gift 6 weeks late, or two full months after the initial purchase.
