I had only received good treatment from employees at elgiganten, and their prices are fair.
I have never needed to return/change anything so I cannot judge the efficiency of the customer service but overall I think it is one of the best electronics stores in denmark

Good morning,
a couple of weeks ago, I visited your store in Esbjerg and purchased an ASUS laptop with Windows 11 installed, with the assurance that I wouldn't need to do anything to disable Microsoft for my various downloads.
I'm attempting to disable the Microsoft verification function but I find that I don't have access to the 'Choose where to get apps' option. I intentionally bought this PC with the guarantee that I could access and use downloads without any issues. Now, I'm beginning to doubt that despite the assurance I was given, perhaps the person I dealt with didn't ensure that this would be the case. I'm leaving my full name and phone number and I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this situation as I would never have purchased a PC that couldn't allow me to use all the basic functions without spending additional money. I await your immediate solution. Thank you.
