We have been trying to get assistance in over half an hour and multiple employees just sent us “over there” in different parts of the store where no employees were available to assist either. Super disappointed.

The worst service ever!!!
I have both a coffee machine from Philips in january.
After 2 months the steamer for the coffee it was broken,ok it happens…
I went to the shop and they have said that i have to leave the machine in the service,and it may take up to 30 days… off course they texted me after 29 days that the machine is working again and they have repaired.
After a month i have the same problem with the steamer,it is not working again!!
I have been to the service and they said that i have to leave it AGAIN for service ,and it may take again up to 30 days.
I have asked them to give me a replacement or a new coffee machine and for all my quastions,it was NO!!!
This is unacceptable!!!!
I have waited for 30
Days and now after i use the machine one month, i have to wait again!!!
It is the worst customer service i ever experienced!!!
Never but never use Elgiganten again!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but the experience I’ve had with this company has left me no choice.
We ordered kitchen products and white goods that were supposed to be delivered during the first week of April. We paid the full amount in advance. Despite this, the delivery was delayed by two weeks — without any proper explanation. Still, we remained understanding and accepted the new date.
However, the final delivery brought a whole new level of disappointment. Although we had clearly stated — and paid for — the items to be delivered inside the house, the delivery team left everything outside, at the back of the house. When we asked why, they told us we had to pay extra to have the items carried inside. This was never communicated to us beforehand.
The products include sensitive items like kitchen countertops, which must not be exposed to water or moisture. In the video we recorded, you can clearly see everything left outside. What if it had been raining?
When I reached out to the responsible person, the response was dismissive. I even requested that the issue be escalated to a manager, but no meaningful solution was offered.
This is not the first issue we’ve had with this company, but we hoped things would improve. Unfortunately, this recent experience confirms a pattern of poor service, miscommunication, and a lack of professionalism.
We truly regret choosing this company. I’m leaving this review so others are aware of what to expect.

I decide to buy it online. After 4 hours they call me on the phone and tell me, there is not have the part and to try to buy in another location. But to the question, with what certainty of buying in another location I will find the piece, I answer none

The employees take advantage on costumers. My wife bought an phone, and she got an discount. The problem is that her abonament has been changed without telling her about it. This is not legal. Is just a scam to sell more😡. The worse service ever. Thank you for everything Elgiganten
