Bad insurance…
I have bought a macbook with insurance but when I needed to use the insurance I was faced with bad experience. I asked the customer service in Randers to provide me with a temporary laptop to use while they will be repairing my device but the they said no we don't have extra one now come another dat and after visiting them 4 times they asked me to go to Aarhus where they gave me a laptop from the stone age and when I told them this is not of any use they said then go and repair your device somewhere else. the worst customer service ever. Elgiganten teach your employees to be more respectfull and to deal professionally with customers. this is a rule of thump in business.
