I ordered a dryer machine which i bye…
I ordered a dryer machine which i bye it from el giganten in ringsted. They shuold deliverd it to me at 29.11.2022 from 12 to 17 o clock. The delivery man called me in 7am and told me if he can coke in 7:30 to bring it to me, i told him that i am not home, and he said that he will come in 12 o clock. Than in 14:30pm i recived a sms on my phone which says that they didnt find me in my aparatment and they called me on mh phone but i wasnt answering, and i sholud book another date for they to bring me the maschine. I went to el giganten shop where i bought it i told them the situation, the show me a picture that the driver eas infront of my door but he didnt ring me on my door bell which is wierd for me. I call the call center, explained them everything and the lady told that she trust me becouse is not a fisrt time. So fired that man and give something for compensation becouse i payed for the delivering hours i was home that time even i was off from work that day
