We had bought the Nitendo Swith lite…

We had bought the Nitendo Swith lite and unfortunately kid broke joystick while playing within few months. We went to know about the repair conditions and was told that it cost about 499kr just to send to the technical center and extra cost for repair. It just seems so unfair looking the price.

I am sorry that you do not feel that the assessment of the price of the repair of your Nintendo Switch Lite is fair.

However, this is self-inflicted damage, which has been assessed by an authorized technician. The price is estimated based on labor and spare parts, which are presented as a price estimate.

You can choose to decline the price estimate, but then your Nintendo will be sent back without repair.
