I've sent multiple unanswered emails about a defect in my jbl headphones that could lead to hearing damage.

Took 12h for my online order to be…

Took 12h for my online order to be confirmed (far cry from 30 mins), but I just got the email.

Staff in the shop said there's nothing they can do until I get the confirmation, but they were nice and helpful!

Ordered a Mac Book Air.. still waiting!

Ordered a Mac Book Air..
They keep on delaying it..
Ordered it the 24 August - and it said it was on stock and would be delivered after 2-3 days..
Then god a txt the 4 September saying that the delivery was changed from the 6 till the 9 th..
Then got a txt 7 th septebmer saying that delivery was changed til 10 th..
Then a txt th 8 th. that delivery was changed from 10 th to 11 th..
Then a txt the 9 th. saying delivery was changed from 11 th. to 16 th..
And now no txt, no mail and when I call to get a status is says delivery unknown...
Worst customerservice and logistics ever..

Unfortunately, like so many others, we are affected by the current world situation, which challenges both freight and production. We are working hard to adjust the updates we provide to affected orders, but at present there is an extended delivery time.

Of course, we process all orders chronologically, so that you receive your product as soon as possible when we regularly receive shipments. I will therefore refer to the expected date stated per. text messages. I have taken a closer look at your order and can see that it is expected to be delivered on 24/9.
