I can understand your frustration, because it was not in stock in our stores. This product is backordered, and that comes from a remote warehouse. Therefor we have to make this as a delivered product to you.

Be aware they are scamming.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Elgiganten. They have been consistently cheating me out of 139 DKK every month since 2023. When I bought my iPhone 14pro.
The sales rep didn’t mention anything about a product called “AppleCare” which is some kind of monthly subscription service. I know now that they get payed extra if the sell these services to costumers.
It's incredibly frustrating to feel taken advantage of, and their customer service has been unhelpful at best. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the AppleCare+ subscription. However, we would like to clarify that this product can only be added to a purchase with the customer’s consent. During the purchase process, information about the subscription, including its monthly cost, is clearly presented, and it is also included in the order confirmation sent to you afterwards.
We understand that this may be frustrating, but it remains the customer's responsibility to review the order confirmation and subscription terms received at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, since the subscription was accepted and has been active for a longer period (longer than 30 days), we are unable to offer a refund or make changes.
We regret that this has impacted your experience.

Excellent service
I have purchased many items from Eleganten in Viborg. The staff are, without exception, experienced, kind and caring. My recent purchase of a refrigerator was no exception. I had measured the space incorrectly (twice!), they did not criticize me. Two of their drivers (Kim and Matt) were absolutely the best and fitted the new refrigerator in a short time. The young cashier (Lærke) is ALWAYS kind, smiling and helpful. I could not ask for better service, well done all of you. My grandson, 15 years old, loves going in there, he is a keen photographer and he, too, has purchased lots of items. Ann Will-Jørgensen
