Absolutely outstanding company. Top quality concentrates, I have 11 of there branded bottle shot concentrates and there's only one I'm not keen on. There customer service is on point and were quick to help me with a mistake in my order. I will never go elsewhere for concentrates or VG/PG.

Honest to God best website for making liquid. I've ordered from here about 5 times, spent about 100-200 euro each time. Never had a single problem with them. You can't beat the prices either oml. Some bot looking ass review but like damn i dont write reviews but they honestly deserve it. Also my recent order took deadass 2 days to be delivered, im in Ireland. And I have never seen pg and vg cheaper anywhere else, its sick. 3-5 quid for a litre? Damnnn. Also also, it was shipped like an hour or two after i ordered it.

Excellent service, good range of flavours and always ship promptly! Did use a competitor for a while however I’ll now he shopping with ELFC!

They scammed my on 200€ they shipped package with concentrates with DHL then in some days tracking number shows that package returned by costumes when i write to them they said they not received back the package 1years later they sending same Messages and ignoring tommorow im going to police

Sadly I'm struggling to recover my account or re-register I try the forgotten password button & it doesn't work I try re-registering & I get a google recapcha error & I can't check out as guest because I've previously had an account. Tried contacting with no luck. Appears to be a problem with their website development team.

Sad really as I left this shop to buy premium liquid & wanted to come back but sadly can't.

I'm changing my review to five stars. Even after all my frustrations and multiple emails, they still responded in a reasonable time and shipped my package without issue. They got it here fast,too. Less than a week, actually. Amazing customer service that completely alleviated any worries I had swiftly. Discreet packaging and great product. Will use again.

Avoid purchasing the ice nicotine shots from this company. I unfortunately used them to make almost 1 litre of juice, and all of the juices came out with a horrible peppery aftertaste. As this is a common problem with nicotine that has gone bad, I told ELFC, who after giving me two word emails every two days avoiding the issue, proceeded to accuse me of lying. Apparently because I am the first person who had the issue, it doesn't exist and I am a liar. I did not expect this level of distrust and awful customer service from a company with such glowing reviews. I'm sure the liquid would be great if they send you decent nicotine, but if it is bad ELFC don't care and will call you a liar and pretend the issue doesn't exist, with no apology or understanding.

What a great company, I had the wrong eliquid sent to me (mistakes happen) especially it was one bottle from 3, I offered to return the bottle in exchange for the one I ordered I was happy to pay for the return postage as again it's a easy mistake to make and was happy to cover the cost of me me returning the mistaken eliquid, I was told not to worry about returning the eliquid and ELFC will be sending out the correct eliquid eliquid themselves, I did offer again to return the eliquid but was told to enjoy it and they will be sending out the correct one,
That in it self shows what a great company and to all the staff, great customer service, great communication and overall I am one very happy customer.

Fantastic service at Christmas and has been throughout the year even through the Covid lockdowns, I can’t fault the service at elfc, the owner should be proud of his staff and his company, I’ve been a customer for a couple of years and I can’t see that changing, thanks elfc and merry Christmas

Orders fulfilled and updated anywhere between 10 mins and couple of hours. Free next day delivery. They stock a LOT of shot and concentrate brands - these guys ship quicker than buying direct! Decent FB community. Honest reviews of flavours on their site they don't take down. Weekly discounts and offers. They now also do Dropshot samples so you can try.
Honestly can't think of 1 thing to change.
