I ordered a few times never had any problems then one time they messed my order up and sent me the wrong things and another time sent me out of date unusable juices I emailed them and got nothing back I was rather disappointed the bottles where expanded and swollen from being out of date it was a giant waste of money

My order arrived very quickly but 1 item was not correct, however the return and replacement was sorted very quickly. We all make mistakes and I will not mark down for the error as it was sorted quickly and courteously.

Very bad company don't buy from here. Don't take items off there site what are not in stock. Take's your money and doesn't refund you it back and what's worse is after emailing them for weeks they reply saying refund on way months later still no refund and no response

Had the odd mistake/problem. Not with the company in all fairness, it seemed to be down to that 'Verify My Age' most of the time. I wish I was under 18!!! That passed many years ago. The company usually have my orders to me in a few working days.

I'll definately continue to use them.

Despite getting a part of my order mixed up , eliquids quickly remedied the problem and we’re quick to correspond with me throughout . I would recommend them as highly efficient ,reasonably priced and trustworthy which is why I am a long-standing customer of eliquid .

Last time I bought from this company there was a reduction in the price the more you bought this did not apply to this order and I think it should be brought back. Otherwise everything was fine.

I ordered multiple flavours and strengths of eliquid all on the same order.
Unfortunately, one part of my order wasn't in stock but they resolved the issue professionally and promptly with a refund for the item that wasn't in stock.
I will be purchasing from this supplier again in the future.
