I paid for first class delivery and they sent my order by 48 hour delivery. I e-mailed them to ask for a refund for the difference in postage and received no reply. There is no number to call either. They're unbeatable in prices which almost excuses their lack of communication... almost. I got my order in full this time but if there's ever an issue in the future, I don't feel confident that it will be resolved. I'd rather pay the extra £10-£20 or so with another seller for the peace of mind. This will be my first and last order.

Ordered 27th March. Delivered 17th April. THREE WEEKS DELIVERY TIME!!! Had to order elsewhere whilst waiting.
Emailed business three times and never got a response or an explanation. Either they don’t read their internal messages on their website or they just ignore them. It’s all well and good being priced well, but not at the expense of a three week delivery.

It's my second order but was informed of no stock. I decided to cancel my order and reiterated not to proceed in 3 correspondances. My decision was ignored and they went ahead anyway. I was contacted promptly once I posted this review apologising for the workers mistake and offered for a full refund in return for me to delete my review. I agreed for the full refund and product return but had to request for a return postage. I did say i will update my review with my honest experience. Credit goes to the owner for trying to improve reviews but lots of room to improve.

Ordered 3 juices on the 11th March only 2 dispatched with a written note on label only 2 in stock 1 refunded now 23rd March and no refund, done the online get intouch and no response at all so seems like a take your money but ignore customer when we get it wrong sort of company.... avoid

I gave this company a bad review but I must admit they have gone above and beyond and have replaced free of charge the vape juice that had leaked everywhere. Thanks guys. Brilliant.

All the best eliquid at a great price. This is the only place I buy from now. I used to have a problem getting in touch with them if there was a problem but now I have no issues with them. They even get in touch if they have sold out of a product to see if you want to wait or change. Have no problem with the delivery service always when they say or earlier. Give them a try you will not regret it.

what can I say, bargain eliquids, which I purchased for my mum, she was delighted. quick delivery. would recommend highly.

I ordered 6 bottles of Yankee juice. I got sent 2 bottles of Yankee juice and 4 bottles of nicohit juice which seems like the cheaper version of the flavours I wanted. The delivery came quick which was good.

I received my eliquid in good time but was expecting smaller bottles. Maybe I ordered the wrong item but will use it anyway.
