Very slow with delivery compared to other sites

Slow delivery times even though paid for next day, no response to emails. I feel the 8.99£ postage should be refunded but after reading other reviews I doubt it will. First and only time using this retailer!

This company should ge avoided at all cost yes they are cheap but you pay for next day delivery and receive it 10 days later . No customer contact number . Sent five emails that never once was responded to.. then when u requested a refund from the bank the guy running this so called company called me at midnight to then make a whole heap of excuses that were utter rubbish then agrees to organise a courier pick up. Wait in all day then call him to be told sorry I was to busy to book the courier as he single handed runs thr company I will now send you a lable in the post .for you to go to post office . Totally poor customer service . And has no customer skills or etiquette. Should cease trading avoid at all cost

I have not received my items, even though I paid 8.99 special delivery, I paid June the 1st it is now June 6th and I still not had and royal mail have still not received it, I've asked for a refund and they won't reply to my emails.

Having found eliquidsoutlet a couple of years ago I have always found them to be competitively priced and very efficient.
They are and will remain my preferred supplier.

Shocking service ordered over two weeks sent a wrong tracking number belonging to another customer. After about 10 emails got a response saying it was a glitch in there system and they would get order dispatched the following day and provide me with tracking number. Long story short never happened and not responding to emails. My order was over a £100. Deep down feel there a con and never expect to get order or refund..
Update: Over one month later still haven't received. Completely disatisfied.
9 months on still no products or refund Avoid at all costs

Royal Mail lost my parcel. I placed a large order (£143) about 2 months ago, and I’m still waiting for it. I have been in touch with Royal Mail, and they’ve admitted they have ‘lost’ the parcel. I initially had responses from Eliquidsoutlet, but I haven’t heard back in a few weeks despite sending the email from Royal Mail, asking them to get in touch and they’ll refund them. It is very frustrating when nobody responds. I am hoping this will be seen and prompt a response and I will amend this accordingly, if they do.
*UPDATE* The owner has called me, and was on holiday. He was very apologetic and is re-sending my order. This time by Yodel. If you do have an issue with delivery, then give him a chance and I believe he’s a good guy and will put it right. I will use again now that we’ve spoken and explained.
