Regular buyer from eliquids, only company I found that does great deals on bulk, see you again in a couple of months and keep stocking this amazonia, blueberry,menthol juice.

Waste of precious time: I placed 2 orders and 2 days later they…
I placed 2 orders and 2 days later they asked me to verify my age which I successfully did, 3 days after this they emailed me and stated they would be refunding my money in 10 days time. This is despite 2 emails to their customer service for which I got no reply. The company are keeping my money for 15 days for no legitimate reason before refunding. Appears to me like a scam. Very frustrated and disappointed about the waste of my time!

Didn’t send my full order, unresponsive
So I do an order for coils and 4 bottles of vape juice; they didn’t have 2 bottle of the Beard 32 I ordered… okay fair enough. They said they’d send me a refund or the bottles when they arrived in stock. I’ve been waiting three weeks! No update, nothing. Every time I email them they don’t respond. They’ve essentially stolen money from me.
I was willing to give a bit of leeway (okay do they didn’t have the juice) but this company has let this drag on for too long. Disgraceful.

Placed an order with company and money taken from account. No follow up emails confirming order. They have not answered any emails sent enquiring about the order and the telephone number doesn’t connect. Ignoring messages on all social media platforms where they have a place. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH BANK FOR CHARGEBACK. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY.
