Company said they don't have products on stock and they didn't refund money

Great selection, good prices and always prompt delivery, happy to stay loyal don't feel the need to shop around.

Selling items, not in stock, wasted my time waiting for orders

I’ve been placing orders with this supplier for over 2 years with no issues. Placed another order last week for £89, for liquids, coils and a new kit. The package arrived 4 days later, with only the liquids inside, no note to inform of a shortage and follow up as can happen nor any message on my order, the package was packed tight and fully sealed, but no coil and kit (worth £33).
I contacted the company immediately, shared photos and despite a following up with a further email I have had no response 4 days later.
I have contacted my credit card company who plan to follow up - after I have made a final attempt to gain a response - to pursue a fraudulent transaction.

Good service and delivery

It is clear looking at the reviews that this company does not update their website for stock they hold on a regular basis. The site took my order and payment on 20th December then I get an email on 28th saying they have been unable to fulfill my order due to no stock, and to expect a refund in 10 days. I checked again with the website and it is still taking orders for the product I wanted! Essentially do not trust their website - it may say its in stock and available but they are clearly not updating it so if you need your order in a hurry, look elsewhere.

Update; they have now sent me an email asking me to change my review in exchange for a discount on a future order, claiming "we hold soo much stock its impossible to track what's in stock and what's out of stock as we sell on multiple platforms". Essentially they are admitting that their website can be inaccurate regarding the stock they hold. I have declined their request to change my review.

This is a follow-up to my original 1-star review for a purchase I made on 29 Nov (i cannot update my original review). It is still only 1-star!

The order finally entered the RM system a week after I was told it was dispatched and makes me think that it hadn't been sent when they orinally told me it had.

Now, further to this they refunded me for only part of the order for the items not in stock (incorrect stock levels seem to be a common theme going by the reviews). They not refunded me the correct amount and still owe a further £3.50. They are not responding to emails, the phone number on their website is not correct.

All in all, it smacks of a shambles of a business and I would recommend that anyone and everyone avoid them. To do business with them is highly likely to lead to disappointment, frustration and out of pocket.

The purchase and delivery occurred as desired.
I have never had any problems with my items.

Not arrived emailed company no response shocking don,t bother

Poor with sales didnt forfill my order stated in stock turns out money taken days later partially refunded as out of stock also really poor in relation to me wanting to talk to them i get very little responses

This is the second time that I have ordered from company and both times the products have arrived by the time stated.They are exactly the same as I have been ordering from my local supplier but a lot lot cheaper.Will always order from them in future.

From placing the order to receiving it, every thing was very professional

Ive placed an order from them and received the parcel incomplete. Ive sent them an e-mail and no response. My payment was taken in full and no refund or answer from them. It is the first and the last order with them.

Never received items.

I ordered eliquid 5weeks ago after 10-12 emails asking for my order or a refund I still haven’t had any response Do not buy from this company they will take your money then you will not receive your goods or money back

Always a pleasure to buy from eliquidsoutlet never a problem if there is it’s sorted straight away will be buying from them again

on 8th october for goods id ordered
and as of today 15th october still nothing has arrived have emailed the company with no response

Following on from my last review about only receiving half my order of Pud Tiramisu. The outlet has now been in touch and offered a refund for what was not delivered. Thank you. I have not had problems with this store before.
