Quick delivery

Brought 6 bottles of fizzy pineaple vape juice they sent 2 i had 4 refunded on bag but i sont see a thing in my bank they wont respond on emails so this is the next step if im not gonna get my money bck

I've previously had excellent service from Eliquids outlet, but my most recent purchase has left me £15 out of pocket since half my order was missing. I've attempted to contact customer service for a refund or to get my missing items sent and my messages have been ignored.

My advice is do not use this company, they aren't trustworthy.

I ordered three different items. Two Vape Juices and some Nic Salts. All items were available on the website and my money was taken.
The following day I received an email to say that none of the items were in stock and I would be refunded in 10 days (mighty slow). As the 10 days are not yet up I cannot comment as to their honesty.
I will not use them again and would not recommend them based upon my experience.

Update: I received my refund the next day and as such it appears that the issue with this business is that their systems do not work. So it appears that they get a tick for honesty but not for their systems.

Paid for special delivery. 1 week later no item or response to emails. Will lodge a charge back.

Order ten vape bottles and all of them were dark yellow in colour and tasted very bitter. When trying to resolve and request new items or refund, very unresponsive. Still not heard back yet.

Was sent the wrong order and can’t get it rectified as what i ordered is out of stock and nearly a week later still waiting on them sending a return postage label so i can return the items to them ! Probably be another week before i get refunded .
Will definitely think twice before ordering again

Let me order and pay for eliquids that were out of stock, 4 days later I managed to get a full refund but had to keep messaging to get it. No communication from them to say what was happening, the money just appeared in my account

Improve by sending your orders out quicker

Ordered Friday evening with 2nd class postage, so I knew my delivery would be a few days. Hadn't heard anything by Tuesday so I emailed. No response, emailed again. Finally a response on Wednesday saying they have refunded me as the product was out of stock. Poor communication. Slow in checking orders. This was my first order with this company and it will be my last.

The prices are not too bad but I’ve paid for an order over a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped, I’ve contacted liquid outlet to enquire about my order but nobody has bothered getting back to me, I won’t be ordering from you again, very poor service

SCAMMERS! BEWARE!!
As many have said before me (I wish I read these before ordering). My order was sent back to the sender by Royal Mail. I've emailed them 3 times regarding my order and asked for a refund. I haven't had a single response. AVOID OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY.

Dreadful company … AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are scammers and will take your money and not deliver. I have tried to email them but my emails are being returned saying that their in box is full.
