Just Dire. Ordered tracking showed delivered, it was not. Customer service is bad but most worrying is that they then admitted the order had never been despatched. I did get a refund but just goes to show the tracking via 3rd party (shop) is not to be trusted. I will never use them again.

Avoid at all costs. Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order and paid by bank transfer to which Iv had no response as to if the order will be fulfilled or a refund. Customer service is non existent. Next step is to contact trading standards. Save your money and buy elsewhere

Ordered 10x bottles for £30 plus postage.. money taken, items listed in stock when ordered on 17th July..4 days later when tracking the order, website chatbot states the items are out of stock and the order is awaiting fulfillment. Refund requested, emails and messages via chat ignored. Phone number provided isn't recognised. I keep getting advertising emails from them, yet they seem incapable of sorting this refund out.. or even bothering to respond to my messages. Very bad customer service when things go wrong. Have ordered from them successfully before, but the minute something has gone wrong..they aren't interested in helping to fix.

order #54216114 - How can I give more than the minimum rating? Not used eliquidsoutlet before so I bought (and paid for) just 2 bottles. Only 1 delivered although the address label stated contents were 2 bottles. 8 days have now passed with no response to 2 emails with photos and there is no phone number so it seems I’m resigned to a failed purchase. Never again.

I made a mistake and ordered 6mg and it should have been 18mg. I contacted the company they said that it was too late to change as had already been sent out, but if I returned the 6mg they would swap it for the 18mg. I returned the 6mg via royal mail tracked and they received it back on the 27th June. it's now the 7th July and I have still not had my order replaced. They have not responded to any emails. I am now going to open a complaint with my debit card company and see if this makes any difference to this company.

This company’s website lets you purchase items that are out of stock and takes your money for up to 10 working days before refunded you. Nice little earner for them. Don’t bother with eliquidsoutlet. Look elsewhere.

Everything went ok except I was only sent ½ my order as the company couldn't forefill total order due to lack of stock although it was ordered via website, obviously need better stock control software.

I've bought a vape pod kit with couple 5x10ml E-Liquids and all 5 of those E-Liquids were expired by 5 years and I could've got some type of poisoning but thank God I didn't, not satisfied at all and will never shop from here.

Brilliant service and delivery.

Couldn’t fulfil the order. Did not communicate this and required chasing. Only sent 4 of the 10 items. No apology or explanation. Refunded quickly but very poor customer service.
