Fraudulent company!
The worst experience with this brand. I waited more than a month for my refund , (the customer must pay the return cost), I returned some goods, sent it to a returned address (BettyBlue S.p.A, Elisabetta Franchi
Via Turati 6G, Magazzino 2, Quarto Inferiore di Granarolo dell’Emilia, Bologna, 40057, Italy), which they sent me within the verifying my return), and the EF company it refused to take over. The package is 1 month on the returned address. If you don’t want problems don’t order from them! the clothing which I ordered looks very cheap, it doesn’t feel as luxurious as it looks.

I ordered dress in December. 9 of January I sent it back (I pay myself for shipping 60$ because this is not include in Elisabette Franchi outlet what already very disappointing😕). Today 15 of March and I still didn’t get my refund . They don’t answer me. Shame for this expensive brand👎🏾

The worst experience of my life with this brand I waited more than a month for my refund and they don’t even answer to emails or calls, I pay lots of taxes and the return and they still haven’t refunded me! If you don’t want problems don’t order from them! It’s the worst costumer service that I ever had in my life!

Worst experience ever. Be careful. I’ve ordered some clothes in December, but there sizes are not accurate so I return them after 3 months they have send me my money back but deducted £140 plus £166 for DHL. Very bad customer service, I’ve send more than 10 emails with no response. Please be careful and never order from them. That will cost you a fortune and time waste
Underwhelming Craftmanship
I’m disappointed to say the least.
I purchased a size 14 trousers because I thought worst that can happen is to make them smaller as I’m a size 12. If you ever do purchase from them, size up! The size 14 fits perfectly.
My disappointment is in the craftsmanship. Buttons are plastic and very poorly stitched.
I purchased the trousers because the design with the gold details in the belt was stunning. The trousers are nice, they fit beautifully. But not £310 nice and it was on sale! Attention do details doesn’t matter to this company. I purchased it because the details make the trousers, but the details are the worst quality. If they had just chosen better quality buttons, Zip, better fabric for the belt, then I would have been happier with the purchase. The belt doesn’t feel as luxurious as it looks.

Elisabetta +DHL =A Horrible Experience
I ordered a knitted cardigan the size as their site suggested 46. It arrived big as for an elephant. I sent it back and immediately they sent me the size 42. The items was ok despite it was overpriced £780. They charge the same price for the EU and for UK. This means that they charge us with EU VAT what is illegal. The nightmare started with DHL. Before booking a delivery DHL asked me to pay VAT/Duty £284. Crazy! In two weeks I was back from holidays I found at least 6 reminders that I had to pay DHL another £106. They even started a legal procedure. The cardigan started already losing its beads when I am still fighting with DHL. I asked Elisabetta Franchi why they charged me with EU VAT. No response. Terrible experience.
Unreliable and inconsistent
Inconsistent, unreliable, slow, and arrogant customer service. My return request is still not handled (it has been a week), when calling the service, they refuse to adress the need of having a copy of the label sent, instead either repeating a narrative (i will send you again the email that we sent you) that does not adress the mutual problem of needing to return the item, or putting themselves on mute when asked for credentials. The two persons I spoke to gave me two different information, hence the unreliability and poor professionalism of their services. The two persons spoken to raised their voices several times, which cale across as arrogant and out of place. Ineffective, arrogant and (as far as I al concerned) poor quality item. Far from the standard luxury designer experience, from quality to customer service experience.

So much bad comments. I want to write o good review. The shipping was very fast! And also the dress is beautiful. It’s very important to know your size and also if there something wrong you have contact and wait for a response. Also it’s good that you have different options to write them. Definitely want to buy the beautiful clothing in the future again. I hope that costumer’s that have the same experience write a good review. Ofcourse things can go wrong and its important that they help but in my experience they did.

Do NOT buy online from this brand ! I have ordered an expensive jacket. The jacket was not delivered to me and UK customs sent it back. It has been over 2 months without receiving any refund. Moreover, I tried to contact the company 3 times and no one has responded. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and I cannot understand how it is legal for a company to withhold your money for such an extensive period of time without informing you if they even received the parcel ?!
They do not refund you.
I bought shoes for £412, they did not fit, I had to return the shoes, I paid £250 in taxes, after I returned the shoes they also deducted £90 from their refund when I already have paid £250 in taxes. They charged me twice for 'taxes'. When returning items you should receive the full amount, not a partial refund. It's not right to treat customers this way and not offer a full refund for items you have already sent back.
Not refunding customers is against consumer rights and I will never be shopping with an unethical company like Elisabetta Franchi again. Be warned you won't get your refund when you return items.
Bad service
I think ultimately the Italian style of customer service and the British style of customer service are exceptionally different. Here, with other brands our repertoire and the service between brand and client is paramount to both to maintain good relations and good business. Elisabetta Franchi is a gorgeous brand, with gorgeous clothes - but will never succeed in the UK whilst they maintain the lack of ability to engage, communicate with full efforts to resolve clients issues or problems. In the UK we have many sayings such as ‘good to go the extra mile’, ‘the customer is always right’, ‘go above and beyond expectations’, EF will barely respond, apologise or care about their relations. It’s a shame really - there’s always other competing brands and I would recommend EF to absolutely nobody and they are the only ones losing money, clients and potential custom.
You need to be aware that if something goes wrong with your order, you will be cared for and compensated for. EF will ignore you or respond saying sorry can not do anything. Complete lack of accountability - thank god I only shop when I’m bored and not out of necessity, so I don’t really care if there’s huge delays in delivery or if the items are cancelled - but if there was a wedding outfit I needed, or a garment I was seriously relying on etc it would be incredibly bad news.

V POOR customer service

The customer service is very slow, they are unhelpful, and not willing to care about clientele or relationships with customers. Every other designer brand communicates with the customers in a wonderful way, often sending personalised emails or letters. Elisabetta Franchi just wants you to be quiet, buy their items and say nothing that will cause them any inconvenience. it's not a kind way to treat their customers. I love the clothes SO much, truly I do! I have introduced so many people to Elisabetta Franchi, but after the poor customer service as per usual I will have to lie to people and say I am wearing another designer! because the customer service is so terrible, and its a shame they have not learned the most important thing as we say in English is to 'go above and beyond, and always the extra mile for someone'. If your items go missing, you want a refund, anything that involves speaking to a human - GOODLUCK!
When they sack their staff and learn to be helpful, kind and sweet I will start shopping here again.
