Extremely unresponsive with Email response. I have sent 3 emails to them, 1 of them the CS has replied me but without follow-up after my reply (as the CS did not really answer my question. And the other two (which are another topics) has no response at all. I wonder how the email team is working with 0 productivity

My order came mark/stains on the dress sent photos but they never had another one in my size wouldn’t knock anything off it to have it dry cleaned.. just kept sending dhl return labels. Saying they only do returns not promo codes should have never arrived like this! The dress did fit perfect & cost me £139.14 tax duties which I wasn’t going to get back they said.. terrible company shouldn’t have a problem when you pay there prices for quality..would never order again from them...worst consumer service ever I emailed the same day I received it in this condition.. I’ve had to give it a one as that’s the least you can put 😡
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I bought a jeans for eur 408 on sep 3rd 2021 and received tracking that showed received sep 6th in a different location and by a different name. I contacted the customer 21 emails and 4 phone calls and nothing happened no jeans and no refund. One time they told me it was due to not paying custom duty and another time it was received by neighbor while tracking shows delivered to different city. Once No one cares I haven't received my order. I asked 21 times for them to make a claim with DHL and ask for investigation but nothing happened
Disgusting quality of service
After speaking to a so called "Anne" on the phone and her being so rude and abrupt would not bother to help me at all only wanting to know if she had received my return. This "Anne" was absolutely shocking. Bad customer service and bad for the company. Why do they keep her on. You need to be much more polite to your customers show some courteousy and be friendly. Well in this instance Elisabetta Franchi fell terribly short. I will never ever buy from this company again and I will be warning other people of your ways. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Warning everyone do not buy from this company. Definitely not true to their word either
