Absolute joke.. reporting to trading standards dont believe what they tell you over the phone.. pricing is not legit. Fuming right now

They charged £500 to come out and drill a lock and install a new one!!
Could have bought a brand new door for this price and got it installed!!
Unfortunately, was abroad at the fime and housesitter was stranded.

Completely overcharged, but due to circumstances beyond my control, had no time to spend finding a reasonable service.
They wont pick a lock, they will just drill and then charge as many extras as possible.
Their charge was the same cost as a brand new door double glazed supplied and fitted.

Michael arrived at agreed time,quickly identified broken lock,my part was discontinued so talked me through different options including prices,very polite and knowledgable,fixed it there and then.Job done.Exellent friendly service.

Elite 365 recently fixed the locking mechanism on the UPVC French Doors at the back of my house leading to the garden. They had been getting gradually getting harder to lock and I called them before the mechanism broke all all together.

They were very friendly and professional on the phone and arranged a time convenient for me to pop around to give me a quote. When they came to the house they were very clear on the issue and broke down to the cost of the repair. I was happy with the quote and the repair was carried out straight away. The result is a door that locks without any effort. I would definitely recommend.

The service I received from John was outstanding. He provided exactly what I needed for my elderly mum, fixing the current door lock rather than the more expensive option of providing a new lock. His work was excellent, price very reasonable, explained everything, prompt arrival just two hours after I rang him, and took the time to give me helpful information with regard to my mum's particular situation. Very impressed and would certainly recommend him to anyone.
