100% satisfied with the service. Able to give a fixed price straight away from a photo as opposed to other companies who wanted to to quote only a call out fee and then assess the job on site. Well stocked van and able to cut additional good quality keys at reasonable price. Would highly recommend

Arrived promptly at the time arranged and dealt with my initial problem quickly before putting every effort into fixing my door without me having to pay for a new part (successfully!).
Was so impressed asked him to replace my front door handle and lock which he did quickly and with no mess.

Can not fault at all, came out the same day, not a regular issue and it took quite a while to sort out as it was a complicated lock but did not overcharge at all. Great prices and we have used on several residential properties as well - we would highly recommend!

John replaced all of my ground floor door locks with high security locks. He responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and provided an estimate over the phone. The work was carried out the following day and the final cost was in line with his quote. When he carried out the work he explained what he was doing and kept me fully informed.
