I was waiting almost 2 months for my order

If I could give a lower rating then I would ! Ordered kids uniforms 8 weeks ago and still not in stock apparently. Absolutely impossible to get through to their phone line every time I’ve rang until today , when I was told my order could be at some point this month but otherwise it’s looking more like December time ! Shocking service and unhelpful staff .
Been into the shop a few times and the waiting time is horrendous. Had 1 item to collect and stood in the queue for 25 minutes with 2 members of staff doing not a lot . Avoid if you can

Absolute joke I ordered my little girls uniform in August. We are now on the 30th September.. same bull everytime I email them. Just ignore messages. Truly are rude an unprofessional. Still no uniform 😡.. hope they go under and give the business to another company.. they obviously don't know what they are doing. I wouldn't even give them a one star. But unfortunately that's the lowest it goes

WOULD NOT RECOMEND!! Chased items after 4 weeks of no contact. Was told it was on hold as items were out of stock. I asked for store collection but get an email saying my order was ready for collection at a local collection point and there was a 45 min slot to collect from a random carpark! Phone had clearly been taken off the hook as was constantly engaged tone and I needed clarification so had to travel a 30 mile round trip to the store to speak to someone for an explanation. Customer service was awful I was told it was with the local collection driver which is not what was agreed. The shop was full of customers complaining. When I eventually got my order (from someone's car boot)
The Iron on name Labels had a completely different first name to what I ordered. Absolute shambles from start to finish. Will NEVER use again.

I ordered school uniform mid July and I'm still waiting on the order now. I have emailed several times and have had various people telling me different things. Apparently it is 'in the embroidery room' now after originally waiting to be 'quality' controlled. They said they don't know when it will be ready, and can't guaranteed it will be ready before the start of school next week. It's not even a large order, just jumpers and cardigans, but it looks like my kids will be starting back without either of them. Such poor service and im so disappointed with them. I've contacted another school uniform supplier and they can fulfill this order instead. I wont be using this company again.

Ordered my sons school jumpers in July and still waiting to receive them 5 days before school starts! Rang and spoke to several people to be told different things! Supposedly a guy was supposed to call me back on Wednesday to discuss the order. Tried several time s yesterday and all morning this morning inv to the lines being constantly busy. Appears they've took the phone off the hook! So now no way of contacting them and some will not have his jumpers for him starting school! Will not be using again!

Absoloutly ridiculous ordered daughters school skirts 7 weeks ago 2 weeks before schools officially broke up to be told 2/3 weeks wait time which was no issue.
upon several calls after 6 weeksthey did not know why i hadnt recieved my order and that they would send more skirts to factory to be altered and tailored to what i ordered.
To then call back 2 days later as advised and then told exactly tge same thing they would re send more skirts to factory
Never recieved call backs as i was advised by 2 seperate coleauges
Called on the tuesday to be advised skirts would be sent over to the factory as a priority and call back a couple of days later upon calling back the skirts were still in a que at the factory
Now awaiting a call back from a manager which i doubt i will recieve and still no school skirts with 5 days to go to school re opening.

I ordered my daughter's school uniform on 1st August and was assured that I would have the items before the end of August. I rang on 20th of August for an update and was told that they had ran out of the uniform so I would not have it until after school had started. No communication from them so I only found out as I rang for an update. I have now gone somewhere else and have the full uniform for the school start. I'm very impressed by Elizabeths Embroidery. This is the first time I have used them and will not be using them again

Each time I order there is something wrong or faulty. Most recent order I bought a new blazer, the lining hasn’t been stitched correctly and couldn’t arrange to take it back so had to do it myself. Ordered new tracksuit bottoms and these were delivered to school only to find it’s the old uniform logo that hasn’t been used for a year so having to wait 2 weeks for the correct ones to be resent. The quality isn’t the best and the PE t-shirts don’t last and come away at the seams

I left it late to order uniform but have received it in time for the start of the school year. The staff are so helpful and patient, I was a pain as I wanted to cancel items, return items and exchange! Aleks was lovely, and all of the staff were really friendly! Thanks again 😊

Absolutely terrible. Every order I receive is incorrect. The staff are unprofessional and unhelpful and continuously contradict each other. The service is absolutely terrible and if another uniform Provider was available I would use them. The entire experience is dismal from beginning to end.

The worst uniform provider in the North East. I wish my child’s school would go with someone else. The shop is no where near the school and when placing orders that don’t even need anything special like embroidery they just take forever and a day and cause unnecessary stress before the school starts. If there was anywhere else I could buy the items I need I’d happily pay double to avoid using this absolutely rubbish company ever again in my life.
For his sake it should not take 6 weeks to ship and blazer and a skirt! Fingers crossed I don’t need to send anything back 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

Ordered my children's uniforms on the 26th of July and was told because I ordered them early before the rush they will come in before September. They didn't arrive until September 1st! One of my children's uniforms did not fit so was told getting new sizes will take upto September 20th at the earliest.

Now my Child has no uniform to go to school with next week!!

Staff where no help, I asked if they had sizes so I could try and find what size I needed and was instructed to go fishing through the racks myself to try and find different sizes, which I couldn't do! Throughout August I rang and asked about the process of my order and was told twice it will be delivered shortly, which was clearly nonsense.

Exceptional service and a very high quality product. Elizabeth’s embroidery completed some work on a piece of my wife’s work uniform.

Not only was the final embroidery of excellent quality, the communication process was very good throughout. The prices were good and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I intend to use them again moving forward.
