My partner and I rented a transit van for the first time to move into our new home together as using movers was just beyond our budget. The staff at Elliotts were absolutely brilliant. On top of being very professional, they were the nicest and the most helpful. Price was really good. The vehicle was exactly what we needed and worked like a charm. The location of Elliotts’ offices is easy to find and very conveniently located just outside a large retail park. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with the service provided and would recommend Elliotts to everyone!

Used these guys for the first time today for a medium sized van to pick up some outdoor sofas. I had an issue on the day as my Dad had to go into hospital and these guys were brilliant allowing my son at no extra charge to take the van as I couldn’t. I saw them

In a world of capitalism and often poor service with operators not able to make decisions these guys were brilliant. Absolute pleasure to deal with very professional and efficient, super courteous and nothing too much trouble. As the need arises I will use you guys again and I cannot recommended enough. 5 star value and brilliant friendly customer service from operators who are delegated to make decision not been driven and hide behind rules and regulations.

We had to arrange a hire car for my Chairman at very short notice, contacted Elliotts and they were so accommodating, very helpful and great value.

If we ever need a hire car again ... there would be no hesitation in using Elliotts.

Absolute garbage - rude, disinterested and a terrible experience - much better companies in the local area.

Dealt with 3 clown companies before these guys and Elliots were mint. I will definitely use them again for a bed removal in a few weeks.

Very reasonable, honest and upfront. The VAT is included which is good, other companies don't include it to make it sound cheaper but elliots are just honest and upfront. Can grumble!

The vehicle was in very poor condition. Upon checking with the DVSA it was also discovered that the vehicle did not have a valid MOT or insurance. WR19 UFX Mercedes Vito. MOT expired 11/04/23. Period of hire 22/04/43 - 30/04/23. When this was brought to attention of the owner he became very rude and abusive. I have since found numerous other reviews from people with similar experiences. Before taking a vehicle from this company check the MOT and insurance status. This can easily be done online and is free.

Excellent service, driver came and got a prop and delivered it to the venue without any damage.
