Excellent service and also trust worthy at the cheetham hill branch. First time i have used them and they were very helpful. Dariane served me and talked me all the details and what was expected of me. It was clear and easy. Deposit was refunded and smiles all around. They should remember me as the water analyst haha

The staff - Dariane is one of the best I've met, very good manner, very professional and polite along the process. The guy who hand over the to me is very considerate and helpful.
However, the car is in very bad shape, the engine is running good but the large van I got is really not how a 2019 van should be. Many scratches and dents on the body. Luckily they have all those on a detailed record system which wont be counted on me.
After all, it's still a very good rental experience.

They are one of the best in the nw staff friendly and professional excellent customer service although i am an older driver ( 68 ) they resolved the matter in minutes I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Really easy process. The staff on the phone in the office were efficient and helpful. Great communication from the driver delivering and picking up the Van. The Van itself was a really nice drive, with helpful extras like reversing cameras, it was also surprisingly fuel efficient for a large vehicle.

Hired a Mercedes VITO 6 Seater. Car was as described and fitted my needs.

Picked it up on a Friday Morning but as I was flying early on Monday Morning, had to return it when the Office was shut on Sunday. Zaf organised for a colleague, Jack, to come in and collect it from me.

Jack was particularly friendly and even gave me a lift back in to Manchester City Centre after I returned the Car.

Pricing was competitive and deposit returned in full.

Being with Cheetham hill Elliotts over 3 years and trying other places being fusy etc i can say that this is The best place to rent car/van, whenever I call they always have vans available within 1h,not only friendly but reliable and fast service offering lowest prices around. Every single person working there is appreciated by me for the hard work to providing the high standard of services. You will notice that everyone working there doing the work with satisfaction and smile on the face creating peaceful atmosphere which means that they are directed by the right person. I have expirance a few unexpected issues with the van while rental time and all were solved with the feeling that the customer is most important. Whatever business you do, you would like to enjoy and with professional support from Elliotts you can expect and experience this!
