I don't know the name of the person who helped me today, but they were very helpful and efficient. I needed a specific jacket, and they clearly explained all the features in line with my needs. (they had shaved head with nose piercing)

I needed a ski boot fitting as I’ve wide feet and was recommended to try here. Flynn did a boot fitting for me and was thorough, patient and attentive. He communicated effectively the decisions that were being made. I’ve now got a pair that I’m confident will be pain free. The boot prices are slightly higher than some places but by the time you account for a free 2 hour fitting and follow on warranties it’s decent value and peace of mind.

Called into the Aviemore shop while staying up there recently and had superb service from the team there.
I was interested in a jacket and got really good advice about it and several alternatives, despite the suggested item not actually being something they had available.
Ended up buying some trail running shoes I had been eyeing for a while and all round a really friendly, helpful and professional experience. They also made a big fuss of the dog while we were there and helped me make the right decision about what I wanted.

Had my ski fit with Emily at Tamworth today. She was an absolute expert in her field, really good knowledge and advice. Fully kitted out with boots, skis and poles.

Myself and my son visited the Braehead store in Glasgow to purchase new ski boots, My son is an 18yr old, fit intermediate buying his first boots and I am 67yr old and until recently an experienced ski instructor, both of us with very different boot requirements and foot dynamics. The two sales team boot fitters Iain and Scott came to our assistance, they were brilliant, listened carefully to our needs and carried out first class technical measurements and made recommendations for boot selection and once chosen made adjustments where needed and gave advice for future reference. Suffice to say we now have excellent fitting, level appropriate boots, well done Iain and Scott, first class service.

Spent a good hour and a half trying different snowboard boots to find a brand that fit, nothing was too much trouble. When looking at boards as my first one the folks there let me use a couple of demo boards at the snowdome to help me dial in what type would serve me best and allow progression

Fantastic service from start to finish. Initially contacted customer service and MK store to try to track down Apex ski boots. Fast responses to emails and great advice given.
Ben at MK then did a fantastic job of finding exactly the right boots for me (Apex turned out to be a no go) and followed up with an expert fitting. With custom made soles and the option for further adaptions left open, my 20 year search to replicate the comfort of my first ever ski boots is finally over. Thank you Ellis Brigham, Ben in particular, and Nordica for making rear entry boots again!

Have spent a fair bit of money on the MK store over the last 9 months. I receive incredible service every time we all go on ( every couple weeks ) from brilliant board advice ( an awesome guy who has a slight stutter ) sorry always forget your name. He’s super cool with my autistic son, knowledgable and honest. I have kitted three of us out in this time spam in Mk and today brought our third pair of boots ( ski ones today ) Laz was amazing with my asd teen daughter - she was smiling, nothing was a problem or too much to ask. She had patience and will always help where she can. I have spent the best part of £2900
in store ( they don’t know me by name ) yet each time they are generally wanting to help you even if they can’t some will direct me to where to go . Service is great even when all is busy they try to help and multi task.

Had my first ski boot fitting with Iain and he was absolutely incredible. The knowledge and time he took to explain everything to me was unparalleled. Spent time showing me tips and tricks on how to get the most out of my boots and helped me get a pair that I couldn’t be happier with. Couldn’t recommend Iain any higher.

Bought new ski boots yesterday and had them fitted by Arron (Tammworth store). He was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he had all the time in the world to make sure they fit right and were comfortable.
I would definitely recommend buying and having you ski boots fitted here.
We have bought boots abroad in the past and the service does not come close.

I had a ski boot fit appointment with Ian and I can only describe the service as outstanding. Ian’s knowledge and description of the features available was excellent. We patiently worked through a number of options and had the boot personalised in a number of ways. The after sales promise of further servicing was very reassuring. Top marks.

I visited the Manchester store recently and received really good advice, helping me to find a pair of walking shoes that fitted my feet comfortably (many are too narrow).
I bought some shoes, but later found them cheaper elsewhere, so I asked whether they would price match, which they did and refunded me the difference.

Ben spent two hours sorting out my new ski boots. He had excellent knowledge and was very thorough in ensuring that my boots were a good fit, including adapting the boot to protect my sore ankle.

Expert help with assessment and fitting. A selection of boots were ordered in for me to try in the shop.
More expensive than buying on line but worth it to get confidence in the fit.
