Have to think twice if you're planning to order from them
The first order went well. I made a second order a few days after, and the palette I received from the second order has a serious issue, there are signs that the palette had been used and the whole palette was melted, smelled weird and off. I sent them an email with pictures and explained the problems, but no one responded to me at all. I called them up the same day and told them the issues, the lady on the phone didn't care at all, she just said I have to wait for their email response. I won't bother to purchase from them after all, when nothing happened it's all good otherwise they don't care at all if something is wrong with their products.
