Item was ordered as next day delivery…
Item was ordered as next day delivery on the 27th June.
1st of July item still not here.
Tried to deliver to the incorrect adress on the 1st July, unsuccessfully. No idea where my items are.
No way to contact anyone on website. So no idea if/ when I can get a refund.
Awful service, steer clear.

Warning for returns
I ordered a lamp for lashing. I chose the KB one, based mainly on pictures from site, didn’t realise it was a desk lamp, I’m dyslexic so visuals are important to me. When it came I relised my mistake and asked to send it back which Ellisons agreed to, I paid to send back fair enough, but they took 10% of the cost as ‘-admin’. That’s big lump out of an expensive lamp and it hadn’t been touched even. So I’ve brought the replacement from Amazon, I’ve lost some money but this company have lost a long term customer.
