Eric sold me my first guitar back in the early 80's and today, Eric himself took the time on his day off, to hand deliver a second-hand Fender Stratocaster which I bought from his store online! I have bought a few guitars from Eric Lindsey Music over the years and the customer service offered by Eric and all his friendly staff is second to none. Eric Lindsey Music is a fantastic local guitar retailer with a great range of instruments and repair/set up services... After a long web-search I concluded that Eric Lindsey were the only company who could provide me with a Bear "Plain" guitar strap. I have two of them already but I needed another so I ordered it and it arrived quickly and safely. A hard-to-find, quality item at a sensible price.

They are a Catford institution. A very friendly team with first class knowledge and great tech support. Have been buying from them since my teens (now in my 30's).

My order was cancelled by the seller because their supplier was out of stock. Although this was inconvenient I’ve given them four stars because of the prompt notice and apology with an immediate refund.

Purchased a Epiphone Les Paul Koa second hand from these guys. Arrived today, beautiful guitar in excellent condition and as described on the website. The guys at Eric Lindsay called me up before posting it, let me know they were packing the guitar in an old guitar case for extra protection during transport, very much appreciated. Purchased a Gold Tone Electric Banjo at a fantastic discounted price. Following purchase was then phoned by the shop a day or so later explaining when I could expect it with the COViD implications.
