Recently ordered a Yamaha Recording Custom snare that was shipped promptly. I was initially a little bit sceptical seeing as the price was a lot lower than more well-known competitors, but my suspicions went away when I received a phone call from them a few minutes after I placed the order to confirm my delivery address. The item was delivered the following day well packed. I would definitely use again.

EL was one of the first outlets to…
EL was one of the first UK outlets to stock a Yamaha MODX and at a best price too (even lower than the German warehouses). So very happy.
Delivery (by Parcelforce) was slow - it took 5 days to get from Catford (SE London) to Chiswick (W London), 10 miles as the crow flies. I didn't see an option online to collect from the store so maybe thats my bad. Parcelforce is a bit crap; items go all the way to a national hub in the midlands, then onto a local hub for delivery. So this item was sent over maybe 400 miles. A bit silly really.

Very happy customer, will be back.
Bought online. Quick delivery, good price. They had a pre-owned guitar which is hard to get hold of at a fair price, so I snapped it up. The process was simple and quick - ordered, received it well packaged and exactly as described. Didn't need to contact them directly, so cannot comment on customer service, but I suspect they wouldn't have been in business as long as they have unless they knew what they were doing!! No hesitation in recommending based on this transaction.
