Storage heater very difficult to work.
You need a degree to be able to work this storage heater. It is not user friendly at all. Instructions are not easy to understand either. I wish I had kept my old storage heater it was so straight forward to use.

Great technical support
I had a technical issue and a few questions and was able to get the help I needed. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the support as well as the prompt responses with the issue which took a bit of time to resolve.
I feel well supported with this issue and confident that should I have any other issues (which I hope I don’t) that the speedy support is there.

These heaters are extremely complicated to use!! But once you have mastered it they are great!! If you have an Elnur gabbron make sure you set program 6 to zero! If you don’t the booster fan will kick in allllll day long and cost you a fortune!
