Fans are very noisy
Fans are very noisy, can't use the one in the bedroom as the noise wakes up at 7:0 am which is too early for a retired person.

I have had the heaters one month and…
I have had the heaters one month and think they have saved me money on running costs.
They store up overnight on economy 7 and how much they store is by the temperature they are set at and how much heat has been used that day.
They blow air out and I find having that happen when Im trying to sleep distracting so I put the bedroom heaters on a lower temperature so they wont blow out.
Im at home all day so can change the temperature to lower when I am going out. You can set them to the times you want them to activate.
Im still learning about them and just find it different they are not hot to touch like my old ones were.

Week 1 with our new storage heaters
Our first week with our three new storage heaters, the installation process was very smooth and only took one day to install.
The heaters are heat effective and easy to control, also attractive and stylish. So far very pleased.

I was impressed how quickly the technical staff reset my password however, the EG app is not impressive. For instance, having asked for a password reset, I only belatedly realised I had been sent a string of numerals which I needed to input as the new password. I made a mess of this and promptly got locked out until Technical reset things. I'think you could improve things by using bigger bold text to indicate that ' this is your new temporary password- stupid'. And the let people have three tries before you lock them out

The person in technical was so very helpful getting me to reset my storage heater I had been worried to death cause every engineer who came out was running the make down.

Not good in non insulated property
Very dissapointed not as good as my previous forty year old storage heaters
because they run all the time the heat is gone by midday if I turn the temparature down they don't take in enough heat
if I limit the times to come on they don't take in enough heat i.e. heaters red hot first thing cool by mid day
Probably o.k. in insulated property e.g. cavity walls but not stone walls and open areas
