I ordered a sale item- a strappy jumpsuit. I ordered it without the sale discount, then realised my mistake and ordered another. Elsie’s Attic sorted out my making a mess of the order quickly. Delivery was a little slow but the communication was good and I appreciate it was a very busy time. They responded well to a review I made about this. I am really pleased with the jumpsuit which is nicely made, fits well and is extremely comfortable. This company communicates very well with its customers and I would shop here again.

My order came quickly, but probably needed a bit more packing for the metal pictures. Unfortunately, one size doesn't suit all, but u live & learn.

Lovely dress and a really great fit - would highly recommend! Their customer service is excellent too, the dress I ordered went into the sale the same day and they refunded me the difference.

My dress arrived today, and I'm extremely happy. I'm glad I ordered a 12(although I usually buy a 10) The fabric isnt heavy so drapes the body nicely. I would most definitely order this dress in different colours again and again.
Customer service is excellent despite a mix up over my order. I couldn't be happier. I actually think the replacement colour suits me better!
Gemma at Elsie's attack resolved the issue personally and packed my order (keeping me in touch by email) and I received it the very next day as promised.

Absolutely amazing quality in clothes. Being plus size I was worried that it may not fit me properly but the material was light and has a stretch to it and it fit me perfectly without showing every lump and bump lol. Really really impressed with the quality of service and such speedy delivery, it came the very next day!! Will most definitely be buying from Elsie’s Attic again!!

Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't necessary to pay for returns as well as delivery - when shopping online, returns will always happen, unfortunately.
