I ordered one of the beautiful tulle skirts for a wedding :-)

The skirt arrived safely and was really lovely - I had a lot of compliments, and I felt like a million dollars. I will definitely be wearing the skirt again and shopping with Elsie's Attic again.

In addition to a lovely product, the customer service from the Attic was outstanding! Gemma was incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile to provide excellent service. I will DEFINITELY be shopping at Elsie's Attic again.

I just wanted to say how much I loved my dress which I brought from Elsie’s attic. I wore it to Moët & Chandon July festival (Ladies Day) at Newmarket in Suffolk. I had so many comments on the dress and asking where I got it from. It was perfect, thanks so much. Xx

Bought this dress for a summer boat party with petticoat. Perfect sizing, quality material and so comfy to wear. Felt so comfy in the vintage style dress as it felt flattering for my fuller figure. Can’t wait to get another one. Fab fab fab recommended to all my friends. Xxx

Great customer service. I received a call from Elsies attic to say a dress I had ordered was out of stock. I thought that this was a great personal touch! Everything is done via email these days so to receive a call was lovely!

I ordered a dress from Elsie's attic for a wedding and didn't have time to go shopping. I dont usually order clothes online as I find them to either come up small, bad material or just completely different to what the picture was. But this was definitely not the case!! It was a great fit, the material was excellent and the delivery was super fast.
I would highly recommend. Big love ❤❤

Beautiful, well made clothes that are actually designed and made for real women’s bodies - not what most stores tell us we should look like.
Plus the ladies who run the attic are delightful and are happy to help in any way they can :) if unsure of sizes go along to one of their pop up stores and the ladies will help.

I have used Elsie's attic a few times and I have always been really impressed with the quick and professional service. I had to send an item back once as it didn't fit but the returns process was easy and I was refunded within a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the clothing is great and the website is easy to navigate. Would 100% reccomend.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Was a slight problem with PayPal payment and was resolved straight away. Ordered one of the tulle skirts and arrived in a couple of days and is beautiful. So excited to wear this for my hen do! Thankyou so much Elsie’s Attic.

Ordered a dress fast delivery, beautiful dress however there was a fault with the zip so contacted customer service who advised of return process. Refund withinin a week!

I brought a dress from Elsie's Attic over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I had an email after a week of purchase from them to say they are waiting more stock then heard nothing. Two weeks later I emailed to say I have heard nothing from them and they emailed back to say sorry they still did not have the dress (glad they were courtesy to let me know without prompting! Not).
I have since had an email saying it has left the warehouse but a week later it still has not arrived... So disappointed as the occasion I wanted the dress for has been and gone.
